5. Head Rotation Conditioning Set No.4 Loosens muscles of the neck as
well as to relieve tension and
are an excellent way to help
cool-down after a workout.
6. Ankle Rotation Additional Exercise Helps improve ankle joint
mobility and reduces the risk
of injury.
7. Inhale and Exhale Additional Exercise Boosts oxygen supply that
helps heart rate to return to
normal level and relax the
muscles after workout.
