Good day:

We, the Teaching Staff of Botbotones Elementary School, would like to request from your good office for
the suspension of in-person classes due to the hot weather.

According to OASOPS No. 2023-077 by Francis Cesar B. Bringas, Assistant Secretary for Operations,
would like to reiterate the Implementation of Modular Distance Learning as Provided in the DepEd Order
No. 037, s. 2022.

Coming from the District of Santa Ignacia North, the Botbotones Elementary School will adopt a
modified schedule of classes, 6:30 AM to 12:30 NN, on May 4, 2023 onwards to time when weather
temperature becomes ideal and learners’ health and safety are no longer at risk.
