13. SIP (Social Internship Project)
Sushant Business School had provided students with
the golden opportunity of working with renound
NGOS. The initiative of the University allows the
students to be grounded and attached to their roots
while also exposing them to the inevitable realities of
life, teaching them nessesary life skills that open
new doors for them in the corporate world.
The university had allocated their students to six
different NGOs who work towards various different
goals. The NGOS were; The Neofusion Foundation,
Dream Girl,Aarushi Care, Udyan, Earth Savior and
AICPDR.

The Neofusion Foundation

The Neofusion Foundation is a nationally certified
NGO for underprivileged children, started back in
2013 by Dr. Anubhooti Bhatnagar. Students of Sushant
University had been segregated in few teams,
each focusing on important criteria of growth and
development ; students had learned the art of
teaching, blog writing, and researching. The students
had learned cheif technical skills, in addition to
that the internship incorporated the knowledge of
analytical skills and emotional skills aswell, this was
only possible because the students were working with
other emotional beings.

The AICAPD- All India Citizens Alliance For Progress

& Development
The students assigned to AICAPD mobile innovation
school had also been divided into several groups in
order to ensure that the students remained professional
and systematic, AICAPD is an NGO that also
works with underprivileged children, ensuring that
they get their primary and secondary education and
are fed a healthy diet. Students assigned to AICAPD
learned the importance of a good meal and also
ameliorated their knowledge and communication skills.
Arushi Care
Furthermore, the students assigned to Aarushi Care
had faced the cruel realities of the world. The all
girls NGO ensured that no girl child of this nation was
declared homeless. The students understood the
realities and the traumas caused by this nation, it was
truly a humbling experience as they saw the life
that lead outside of one's comfort zone. Students
were also given the golden opportunity to visit the
Judge of The Supreme Court. Students of Sushant
University helped the NGO through their technological
skills by making excel sheets and other
documentations.

The Earth Saviours Foundation

Forthwith the students assigned to the Earth Savior
Foundation were given the goldenopportunity for
holistic development. The Earth Saviours Foundation
is an NGO that focuses on old age homes, animal
shelter, environmental welfare and other various
aspects of protecting the world. The students learned
various different diseases that people suffer from and
tried to be the night in shining armor for those
going through excruciating life crisis. The students
portrayed their skills in artistic ways. Performing for
the people in the NGO allowed the students to
overcome their stage fright, students learned essential
skills required in the kitchen, they embraced their art
skills by decorating the NGO and also understood

the importance of health. Their experience in The

Earth Savior Foundation was truly once in a lifetime
opportunity!

The Dream Girl Foundation

The dream girl foundation had also incorporated
similar skills as others as the NGO focuses on
improving
the quality of life for the underprivileged kids and
makes effort to reduce the miseries faced by the Girl
child in Gurugram. Students had the privilege of
visiting the suburbs and understanding the roots of our
nation more thoroughly while also teaching the girls,
they improved few vital skills and confidence.

The Udyan Care For Boys

Lastly, the students assigned to the NGO Udyan Care
for boys had sharpened their computer skills as
that was one of the main areas of focus for the NGO. In
addition to that students learned essential skills
such as patience. The students had learned important
life lessons and understood the value of the life
they lead, making them more emotionally intellect and
grateful for their own lifestyle.
The social internship may have been a nessesity in the
syllabus of the students, but it allowed students
to experience the life they all needed to in order to
crack out of their comfort zones. The students
learned important skills which will be beneficial for
their whole life; including not only technical skills but
emotional skills aswell. Working with the NGOs allows
students to be humble, down to Earth and
grateful. While also engraving important life lessons in
their minds because by the end of dawn it is
essential to remember that the drive to learn is the true
key to success and one should always be filled
