7. Installation drawings can be provided by various individuals with whom we can put you

flat fee of $2,000.00 net if you wish to purchase those drawings (3) from us. We must
have an accurate layout, a quotation, and a purchase order which all agree in order to
start. Please notify Order Entry that you want these drawings when you order your
equipment. Please note that there will be a charge of $500.00 per drawing revision made
necessary by insufficient or incorrect information furnished.

Please note the following details concerning the equipment and machines contained in this
quotation:
1. The equipment costs contained in this quotation are based on the system configuration
shown on our enclosed layout drawing #14006LA and the enclosed CBW flow diagram
drawing #14006FAA. Any changes to these drawings may result in changes in
equipment costs.
3. The equipment as quoted will have a standard Azure Blue/Silk Gray paint color unless
otherwise stated in this quotation. If a non-standard paint color is desired, contact
Marketing for availability and cost.
4. Any individual piece of equipment quoted may either be CSA, CSA-US, CE, ETL, or
no approval. Therefore the quoted system may be made up of components with different
or no approvals. Please notify Marketing what approvals you require for conformance to
local codes. Cost may increase or a local inspection (at the dealers expense) may be
required.
5. Chemical supply system is to be customer provided, i.e. peristaltic pumps, tubing, etc.
Interpret relays for pump activation during chemical dosing are provided with the CBW
washer in its control box.
6. Please note that the soil rail system must provide a formula code (0 to 999) and
customer code (0 to 999) in binary format (via form of potential-free contacts) at the

required in via a potential free contact. The Milnor CBW washer will provide a "Drop
the Load" signal at the time of transfer via a potential free contact.
7. Back flow preventers have not been included on the equipment quoted herein. If they
are required, add $1,545.00 list for a 2 in. back flow preventer. Back flow preventers are
shipped loose and installed in the field per local code. If you require back flow
preventers, you will need one 2 in. for a total cost of $1,545.00 list $927.00 net.
8. Connection points for the CBW washer water, steam (if applicable), and air supply
headers are located at the load end on the left or right side. Please confirm the location
of utilities connections specified on the CBW flow diagram and on the CBW description
page.
9. The Mentor CBW Controller comes equipped with 30 ft. (9144 mm) of control cable.
The connection at the CBW washer is at the upper right corner of the control box. If
placement of the MENTOR CBW Controller requires more cable, it can be provided at
an additional cost. No extra cable is included in the attached quotation.
10. The Milnor CBW has been quoted to be shipped in 2 sections consisting of modules 1-4
11. The Milnor CBW has been quoted to be shipped in 2 units of 1-4 and 5-8 modules. If it
is necessary to split the CBW one or more times for equipment access, add $420.00 list
or $273.00 net per split. If this is not required, this option is quoted as a separate line
item and may be deleted from your cost. If it is necessary to ship the CBW in more
sections than quoted, simply increase the quantity to what is required and re-extend the
amounts.
12. When rigging a sectional tunnel, there may be a need for a spreader bar. We can supply
a spreader bar (part #W640407G) upon request. You will be charged $1375.00 net when
we ship the device and you will receive a full credit less $100.00 net for each month or
fraction thereof you had the device. If the spreader bar is shipped with the CBW, there
will not be any outbound freight charges. Return freight charges will be at your expense.
Please notify Marketing if you want a spreader bar to be shipped with your CBW. The
cost of the spreader bar is not included in our quotation.
13. The single stage press must be shipped partially disassembled for transport purposes.
See corresponding quotation page(s) for shipping and installed heights.
14. We have available a portable hydraulic power unit available for raising the single stage
press ram with no overhead rigging. The power unit can raise the ram in approximately
10 minutes after hook up to three phase power. The power unit is available for a usage
fee of $500.00 net. A deposit of $5,000.00 is collected for this power unit. We will
refund $4,500.00 after the unit has been returned in good condition. Please notify order

for 600 volt).
15. The Milnor Single Stage Press requires oil for start-up which you must acquire locally.
Each 1656 Kg press requires approximately 70 US gallons (265 l) of Shell Tellus 68 or
equivalent. This oil is not shipped with the press nor is it included in our quotation.
16. If the door fan on the single stage press is not required, you may deduct $2,295.00 list
($1,377.00 net) from the price shown.

require 144 plus an additional 10 in. (254 mm) to 12 in. (305 mm) over the air intake
duct.

feature. Therefore, no external lint filter(s) are required. However, the prices quoted do
not include any provisions for duct work which must run between each dryer and the
DRYVAC remote collection unit, and from there to the outside.
19. It is highly recommended to always connect the dryer air inlet to a source of outside air,
otherwise the dryer will be starved of air unless large windows and doors are always
open - a climate impossibility in most installations.
21. The dryers have been equipped with a gas train which we believe conforms to
CSA(/US) gas train requirements. Please review your Provincial requirements in light of
those specified. We can provide other gas trains at an optional extra cost. However, the
dryer itself will not have CSA(/US) approval. A local inspection may be required (at the
