Zishan Engineers (Pvt.) Ltd

Serving as Sr. Electrical Design Engineer, responsible for Design & Detailed
Engineering Works as summarized below:

PROJECTS HIGHLIGHTS

Attock Petroleum limited (APL), The job included designing of Electrical networks /
system and preparation of construction packages for the contractors of the following
sites:

Mehmoodkot Oil Terminal

Shikarpur Oil Terminal
Sahiwal Oil Terminal
Port Qasim Oil Terminal

The scope of work also included review & evaluation of technical documents submitted
by the contractor, Procurement Assistance and Bid evaluation.

EPC Gas Export Pipeline Badra-Zubaidah Republic of Iraq, the job included the
Engineering Design of Electrical systems establishing the Power requirements of multiple
loads like Leak Detection system, Cathodic Protection system, F & G systems, HIPPS,
PAGA system, Access Control System, LAN system, Telephone System, ESD system,
Analyzer Skid, Metering Skid, Lighting Loads, etc. by allocating Feeders from existing
electrical system through bringing New PDB’s, UPS & Generators into the system with
an ATS arrangement. Along with the Engineering Documents, Material Specifications &
Datasheets, Material requisition (MR) and Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) were also in
SOW.

United Energy Pakistan (UEP), Proposed modifications in the design of cabling system
of the KAUSAR Phase II project, a Gas Processing Facility, as per NEC Article 501,
since the cabling system was on closed conduit system. Evaluation of Electrical &
Instrumentation equipment Hazardous ratings as per Hazardous Area Classification.

M/s. GASCO Saudia Arabia. The Engineering deliverables were comprising of Cable
Schedule, Electrical Load list, Cable Sizing Calculations, Single Line Diagrams, Short
circuit Study, Earthing Layouts, Cable layouts, Control Wiring Diagrams.

M/s K-Electric 10 MW & 30 MW Power Plants for Korangi & Site Plants each. The
scope included for the Power connection of 132 kV Grid Auxiliary Loads & Earthing
& 11 kV Generation and its Auxiliaries. The Engineering Design documents involved
Earthing Layout and calculations, Lighting Calculation and Layout, Lightning

Calculations and Layout, Electrical Load list, Cable Schedule, Cable Sizing Calculations,
Control Wiring Diagrams, AC / DC UPS Sizing Calculations, Cable layouts,
Transformer Sizing Calculations etc.

M/S IFFCO Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. at Port Qasim Karachi. The expansion includes
New 200 TPD Edible Oil Refinery, Margarine Producing Unit, Hydrogen Generation
Unit and Packaging of the Products. The Electrical Works included the design of Low
Voltage Electrical Network which involved Power Transmission on 11 KV
Network at both the source and receiving end. The job was mainly based on
producing engineering deliverables of different electrical items namely,
Transformers, Standby Diesel Generators, Power (LV & MV) and Control
Cables, Cable Trays, Lighting and Earthing accessories.

Electrical Design Works of M/s. Bosicor Pakistan Limited. The project involved the
revamping of the existing facility at Mozakund, Hub. The engineering included the cable
layouts for the new cabling and earthing system which included the preparation of the
cable schedule, cable sizing, Electrical Load list, SLD, Earthing cable schedule, Power
cable & earthing cable layouts.

Designing of Low Voltage Electrical System for M/s. Overseas Oil Trading
Company (OOTC) Machike Terminal. The design works was mainly comprising of
Sizing of Equipments like WAPDA Connection Transformers, Standby Diesel
Generators, LV Motors Output Power required to maintain respective BHP at input of
Pumps, Low Voltage Power and Control Cables and Layouts of Cables, Lighting and
Earthing. Also Preparation of Procurement Packages for different electrical items
comprising of relevant BOQ’s, Specifications and Data sheets.

M/s. Bosicor Oil Pakistan Limited (BOPL), Mozakund, Hub Plant. The procurement
package was based on Cable Schedule, Respective BOQ and Extensive Cable Layout
comprising mainly on cable trenches. The cable sizing calculations was mainly the job in
this project for low voltage (LV) and medium voltage (MV) systems i.e., 415V & 3.3
kV systems.

M/s. Bosicor Chemical Pakistan Limited (BCPL) The job mainly was comprising of
producing the engineering documents for Power (LV 0.415kV & MV 6.6kV) and
Control Cables, i.e., cable schedule, cable sizing calculations, Plant Area Lighting,
Lighting Calculations for outdoor area along with lighting schematics, lighting
cable schedule, Grounding of Equipments, Earthing calculations, earthing cable
schedule, . The Packages consist of Specifications and Data sheets and relevant BOQ’s.
Designing of Low Voltage Electrical System for M/s. Hascombe Storage Limited
(HSL) Shikarpur, Terminal. The design works was mainly comprising of Sizing of
Equipments like WAPDA Connection Transformers, Standby Diesel Generators, LV
Motors Output Power required to maintain respective BHP at input of Pumps, Low
Voltage Power and Control Cables and Layouts of Cables, Lighting and Earthing. Also
Preparation of Procurement Packages for different electrical items comprising of
relevant BOQ’s, Specifications and Data sheets.

 M/s. Port Of Fujairah. The scope of works was to develop network for Power
circuits for Motorized and Non-Motorized loads, Lighting Circuits, Grounding of
Electrical and

Non-Electrical Equipments (i.e., piping, structures, etc., ).

Detailed Engineering Works for Catalyst Recovery Unit Project of M/s. LOTTE
Pakistan PTA Limited. The scope of work included the detailed engineering works
required for the integration of catalyst Recovery Unit with the existing system.
Preparation of Engineering design packages and Tender which included related
documents like cable schedule, Lighting and Earthing system, Cable tray layouts. System
adequacy checks of the existing system for integration with Catalyst Recovery Unit
and preparation of tie-in reports.

Feed for Expansion and Modification of Truck Loading for M/s. OMAN Refineries
and Petrochemicals Company LLC in Sultanate of OMAN. The scope of work was to
perform Front End Engineering and Design Works for EPC Contractor. Preparation of
proposals for tie-ins of the New system to the existing system. Existing System
Adequacy checks to integrate the New Truck Loading system to the Existing.
Preparation of preliminary documents like Cable Schedule, Electrical Load List,
Cable layouts, Earthing and Lighting Layouts in accordance with the Existing ORPC
Philosophy.

K-Electric (Formerly KESC)

Worked in KESC as Assistant Manager (CSC_SIMZ_II), First with the Army Management
and then, after Management Change over due to privatization policy of the government, with
the Private Management and assisted the Manager (CSC_SIMZ_II) on top of all other

Assistant Managers in the Center. The job responsibilities were:

- Organize and perform the Meter Reading in the days of the monthly billing i.e.,
First two weeks of every month

- Monitoring the Consumption trends of both LV & HV consumers

- Surveys of different industries to perform,

(a) the Load Analysis as per recent load scenario of the consumer, it involves
the check for the load above the 40 KW mostly.

(b) Slowness detection of the Energy meters due to low consumption of the
particular consumer.
(c) All possible checks for theft i.e., verifying the C.T Ratio as per billing
record & etc.

(d) Check for Original KESC seals on the Energy Meter

 (e) Check for the seals of P.T on the 11 KV Consumers
(f) Verification for the correct billing tariff as per recent billing
(g) record Verification of the correct multiplying factor as per billing
record

- Assessment of the supplementary bills or undercharge bills raised due to any one
of the above findings or the other

- Update the findings of the consumers in the billing record and also direct all other
Assistant Managers to update the changes for their respective consumers due to
change of Energy Meter or the other finding evaluated during the site visit.

- Organize the activities for the recovery of the revenue raised due to monthly billing

- Physically check the status of the consumer as stated in his application and verifying
that status through consumption trend of Sui Gas Bill or other possible / available
alternative i.e., Income Tax or GST submittals etc.

- Calling for the Testing of Energy Meters through Mobile Testing Van.

- Attending the staff complaints being faced during the execution of the
routine activities and offering them the best possible solutions.

- Managing the Meter Reading and Survey Staff.

- Attending the Consumers in the absence of the Manager.

Sheik Wilayat Ahmed & Sons (SWAS)

Performed as a Support Engineer for the Low Voltage Switchgear Products. The
responsibilities involved to present the product line of different switchgear items of the
brands like; Fuji, LG, MG, ABB with envisaging the product into the Client’s Electrical
systems. Further responsibilities included:

- Cost Estimation as per the company price lists and policy discounts over
multiple projects.

- Offer the client with technical proposals customized according to their needs
and requirements.

- Target the market of upcoming and current projects, maintenance and

revamp solutions.

Systematic Engineering Services

Served as E & I Engineer for the organization. And involved in the designing activities on
the E & I part. Responsible for designing activities for Industrial Electrical Networks in
oil and gas fields related to Low Voltage applications as per relevant Standards for Oil
and Gas Industry. Also involved in the designing for modification of existing electrical
systems.

PROJECTS HIGHLIGHTS

Designing for the Electrical Network for the Metering System on one of the Keamari
Oil Terminal (KTC) of M/s. Pakistan State Oil Company Ltd. The job mainly
consisted of designing cabling system involving engineering documents like; cable
schedule, cable sizing calculations, tie-in schedule for Power tapping circuits from
existing electrical system

Designing and Supervision, Coordination for the Installation of the Radar Tank Level
Gauging System on different terminals of M/s. Shell Pakistan Ltd., namely
Sheikhpura, Rawalpindi etc.

M/s. Pak Arab Refinery Company Ltd., The scope of work included the designing of
Electrical system for Low Voltage MCC / Switchgear, replacement of 500 KVA
Transformer with 1500 KVA Transformer, cabling system comprising cable schedule
cable sizing calculations.
