INTRODUCTION
One of the major problems of the world is pollution, as pollution can cause global

warming that cause severe drought, typhoons, and the most common, climate change. One of

the major contributors of this is plastic, as plastic has a long-term usage and exposure of

plastics and plastic products to high temperature can lead to leaching of toxic chemical

constituents into food, drinks and water. Indiscriminate disposal of plastics on land and open-air

burning can lead to the release of toxic chemicals into the air causing public health hazards.

(Alabi, Ologbonjaye, Awosolu, Alalade, 2019).

The negative effects of plastics are detrimental for the ecosystem and thus the

government has laid out new regulations to ensure the proper recycle of waste. The objective of

the case study was to analyze the opportunities generated by the reverse logistics of the plastic

wastes, and their impact in environmental sense. We hereby studied one of the measures to

recycle the waste of plastic bottles and produce jeans from it. (Sharma, Amish, Meena, and

Agrawal, 2015, p. 3100-3106)

After World War II, plastic was being used more regularly in the home. By the 60’s,

plastic had replaced other materials in the kitchen like wood, metal, and glass. Families saw the

benefits of plastic tableware.

Since there are so much wastes that can be reuse, one of the following major

essentials that can be needed by plastic is threads. Threads are used to form the stitches that

hold the fabric parts together. They can be described by fiber type, constriction, and size.
These two problems can be solved together at once, so the researcher decided to build

a machine that can convert plastic into threads. With this, it can change the amount of plastic

pollution, can stop climate change.

Plastic can cause major problems around the world, Plastic sticks around in the

environment for ages, threatening wildlife and spreading toxins. Plastic also contributes to

global warming.

Almost all plastics are made from chemicals that come from the production of planet-

warming fuels (Plastic Pollution, 2017).

This study aims to reduce the environmental harm caused by the extraction and

processing of virgin materials as well as plastic pollution, production costs, and energy use.

Generally, the objectives of this study are:

 Analyze and figure out how plastics can turn into thread.

 Recycling plastics helps to lower the high levels of plastic pollution while reducing the

demand for additional resources to make plastics.

 Recycling plastics can help protect resources and keep them out of landfills and other

unanticipated places like the ocean.

 Creating a recycling plant in accordance with the guidelines of the Central Pollution

Control Board for the unrecycled plastic trash that is discharged in the oceans or that

builds up on land.

Specifically, the objectives of this study are to reduce environmental pollution, this

project specific goals are to construct a machine that turns plastics into a thread.
This study seeks to control the amount of plastic pollution as it can help to lessen the

problems that the earth is facing right now. Moreover, it can help to decrease climate change.

Furthermore, it can help the supply of threads hence, it can clean the environment yet can

produce threads that can help factories to create.
