NINTH ANNUAL REPORT TO QUEEN OF ALL SAINTS CURIA

PERIOD COVERED: AUGUST 2019 – MAY 2023
Date Founded: 22nd August 2011
Serial No. 220811-OLA2-009 04 JUNE 2023
 Many answered prayers were shared like healing from mild to acute illness and difficult problems had been
solved including family disputes and other matters.

Case discovered:
 There are seventeen (17) cases discovered for civilly married couples and live-in couples. The willing couple will
be a candidate for the mass wedding and are still encouraging and assisting for the requirements. Most of the
cases were in absolute respect to the couple who wished to have their church wedding in their home country, or
they do not have plans yet. Most commentary from unmarried and civilly married couples are that they can’t
complete some of the requirements from the church like confirmation certificate and have not yet received the
sacrament of confirmation.
 Also, three (3.0) children/ babies were not baptized. The parents decided to have them baptized in home country
while others were assisted to inquire in the Parish Office.

b. Hospital Visitation
Before the pandemic started to affect the legion works, the members are assigned in Rashid and Iranian Hospital.
Hospital visitation was restricted from February 2020 to present due to covid-19.
 From the period of August 2019- January 2020, total patients visited were sixty-nine (69), including thirty-six
(36) follow ups.
 Most of the patients visited have chronic illness and encountered accidents.

c. Crowd Contact
This was done within the church compound and was assigned to two or more pairs every week. During this period, we
have contacted a total of four hundred ninety-four (494) individuals and families, wherein five (05) were added in our
praesidium as full pledged members and five (05) as probationary members. Eighty (80) became pilgrim hosts.

Follow-Up / After Care of Auxiliary Members: Members were visited through pilgrim virgin and followed up via phone
calls and were reported by the assigned members.
We also did a daily pilgrimage during October 2019 – month of the Holy Rosary to our auxiliary members. We reminded
them of their roles as auxiliaries. Once a month we make sure that we have visited an auxiliary member through pilgrim
of Mary.

➢ On the process of following up, active members were assigned to contact and report their membership status.
Most auxiliary members can no longer be contacted, especially after the pandemic resulting in a sudden
decline of the members.

d. Supervision of Patrician Meetings: no patrician meeting held.

V. CHALLENGES ENCOUNTERED
➢ Punctual and regular attendance of the members during the weekly meeting.
➢ Members dropping their membership to auxiliary due to work, health problems and personal matters.
➢ Encouraging Auxiliary Members to attend legion activities.
➢ Promotion of Sacraments and encouraging individuals to receive the sacraments.

VI. PLANS
1. Promoting the importance of four standing instructions to all active.
2. To circulate the remaining two (2) images by having more active members.
3. To intensify the following:
➢ Recruitment of Active and Auxiliary Member
➢ After care of auxiliary members
➢ Crowd contact to promote Confession, Holy Mass and Communion, and other sacraments.
4. Enhancing and deepening the member’s understanding of basic catechism.
