    • Prepared Bill of Quantities (BOQ’s) and perform measurement for structural works and
    architectural works

    • Check BOQ’s for adequate specifications and prices as submitted by the Engineering Team

    • Perform auto-cad drawings as per the modifications in site execution work and prepare monthly
    reconciliation of all major materials purchase at site and prepare purchase orders for various
    materials needed at construction sites

    • Assisted in site execution works with site engineering team for the requirement of material and
    quantities of item of each works at site

    • Experience in estimating the quantities of Structural steel ,Steel structures and Architectural
    elements

    • Calculated the quantity of proposed building.

    • Check and verify weekly and monthly R.A bills to the sub-contractors as per the given work
    orders

    • Work with site engineers, surveyors and foremen for preparing monthly certificates on
    earthworks and several items from bill of quantities

    • Develop a list of qualified suppliers for steel and other materials as per specifications and
    perform rate analysis with engineering jobs such as preparing monthly claims,weekly and
    monthly reports, and estimating materials.

    • As a civil Engineer, I am responsible supervising the activities like checking of reinforcement


    binding, centering, shuttering, concreting, and brick work masonry and plastering works etc at the
    site, before preparing the bill.
    • Maintaining site order books and measurement books and Preparation of weekly and monthly
    contract supplier bills and final bills
    • Calculating the quantities of steel & materials and costing for the building's using drawings as per
    the specifications and rates
    • Calculating the estimated quantities of daily works at site such as steel reinforcement, concreting
    work, form work, excavation, filling soil, brick work masonry and plastering works etc.
    • Maintaining record of all the materials coming at site such as bricks, sand, aggregate, cement bags,
    steel reinforcement bars and filling soil etc.

    • Technical: Proficient and Familiar with Auto-CAD, and MS Office, MS Excel
    • Computer Skills: Proficient Skills in Quantity Surveying and Maintaining R.A Bills on
    MSExcel
