PREWORK SECTION 2: CRAFT YOUR VISION. What do you want to accomplish over the next 8 weeks? Set a timer for five
minutes, and imagine that anything that you write down will come true. Is there anything you’ve been wanting to
execute but just…haven’t? Random to-do’s that would move the needle in your life? Something big? Something
small? If you were to fast forward to the end of the program and be beyond happy with your success, what
SECTION 1: WHY ARE YOU HERE? Spend a few minutes writing down why you made the decision to join this would you have accomplished?

so, block this time off in your calendar. YOUR GUIDE TO JANNING

There are no rules or set structures to Janning. You simply need the willingness to put pen to paper. Only 3% of
humans write down their major life goals and less than 3% craft a written vision. There is no rule about how little
or how much you should be writing here. Even if it’s one sentence, one powerful thought or one intention on a
napkin, you’ve succeeded.

3 STEPS OF JANNING

1. Weekly Janning Action Lists help you capture any tasks or to-do’s you’d like to complete each week. No
need to format perfectly—the goal is simply to release these thoughts onto paper!

2. Weekly Janning Calendars are an optional resource for your program; a space for you to mind map your
calendar for the week. In the blank weekly layout you will be provided with each week, start by inputting your
daily responsibilities (i.e. appointments, meetings or anything scheduled). Once complete, move on to your
janning prompts on the following page. Then you can come back to this weekly layout and make any necessary
adjustments.

3. Weekly Janning Prompts help you design your week so that you can experience your most desired
outcomes. Experiencing your life is one thing; being conscious of how you create your life is another. Aim to
complete these prompts as you are preparing for a new week, ideally on Sunday or Monday. Remember, this is
not about being perfect. Focus on writing exactly what comes to your mind, then adjust from there.

Look at the wheel below and notice that it is divided into 7 different sections that represent the typi-

mission, finances and your spiritual sense. The center of the wheel represents ‘0’ and the outermost
