    Note:
    1. Compe tor have to perform 5 Compulsory Asana and 1 Op onal Asana of their
    Choice.
    2. Holding Time for Compulsory Asana:

    State Level 30 Seconds

    3. Holding Time for Op onal Asana will be 15 Seconds at each level.
