Key Achievements:
 Got promoted to Vice President - HR from HR Executive in the span of 15 years’ association with the
MedTek now known as Avontix by contributing in every sphere of HR & Management functions.
 Volume hiring of 400+ lateral hires in span of 6 months without outsourcing any of the manpower
requirements to any recruitment consultancies or freelancers.
 Never used consultants or placement agencies or freelancers to fill hiring gaps.
 Introduced numerous cost-effective techniques to use free social media channels to attract a
greater range of candidates while keeping recruitment costs to a low.
 Introduced company’s first formal performance review program, creating a flexible and well-
received tool that was later adopted company-wide.
 Revised job descriptions across all levels. “Shadowed” and interviewed employees to construct an
accurate picture of the duties and skills required for each position.
 Played a key role in providing the functional inputs to the In-house software division for developing
the Human Resource software.

A. Performance Appraisal & Salary Increment
 Setting increment budget, increment slabs based on ratings & overall budget every year.
 Handling end to end performance appraisal cycle every year. 
 Finalizing appraisal criteria, parameters & performance rating with consultation of line manager.
 Collecting individual employees rating from respective line managers, normalizing rating.
 Analysis of performance appraisal data and relating the ratings with annual increment. 
 Finalizing increments based on companies’ profit, increment budget and rating of employees. 
 Preparing revised salary break-ups as per the increments based on ratings. 
 Handling Promotion process including taking recommendation, conducting promotion interviews,
special increments, performance bonuses etc.
