GASCAT is a 100% Brazilian company, established more than 30 years ago, with the objective of serving the gas market with
equipments to regulate and control the pressure of gases. It has a team of engineers who work from the creation and
development of products until the sale to its customers, ensuring the best solution to each one's process. With skilled labor
and highly trained, transfers knowledge and confidence throughout the acquisition and post-sales phase.

GASCAT is internationally recognized as a manufacturer of pressure regulator valves , slam shut-off valves and partial relief
valves. It also manufactures cartridge-type natural gas filters, basket, coalescing or combined, indirect flame heaters, pressure
vessels, regulation and measurement stations of gas in modules, skids, compact boxes and underground boxes. The
company maintains a quality policy based on in the total satisfaction of its customers and in the commitment to deliver within
the contracted period. And evolved, technologically, building Delivery Points (City Gates) in several States of Brazil.

The commitment of its team resulted in the first ISO certification in 1994. Currently, it is certified ISO9001-2008, audited and
certified by SGS-UKAS, guaranteeing total quality in the production of its equipment. Since the factory has been prepared
since its foundation to preserve and protect the environment, it won the certification ISO14001-2015 by QS Zurich of
Switzerland. Recently, it updated internal concepts in health and safety management occupational and received
ISO45001-2018 certification also by QS Zurich of Switzerland. With these three ISO certifications GASCAT is among the few
in the Brazilian market prepared for the SGI, Integrated Management System.

Focusing efforts on conquering the foreign market, it obtained international Quality Assurance certifications for the line of
Pressure Regulators by DVGW – CE of Germany and other specific certifications for products that received the CE mark. This
allowed them to register their products and export to several countries in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas.

Pressure regulator valve self operated for several applications such as LPG and Natural Gas

Pressure regulating valve for applications with high inlet pressure (up to 450 bar) and

AUTOMATIC SLAM SHUT VALVES

GIPS-FC
Automatic slam shut valve for increase in pressure, with fail close actuator that interrupts the
process gas flow in case of decrease of monitored pressure. Body material in cast carbon steel.

• Diameters: 1’’ to 12’’ (Flanged Class ASME 150# to 600# - others under consult)
• Over spring range: 0.02 to 90 bar

(*) Its also available version for blocking only for decrease in pressure (model GDPS).

G10F / G10FH / G11F

Automatic slam shut valve for increase in pressure supplied with a filter 10µm. Construction
with design extremely compact; its ideal for installation in residential areas with few available
space, pressure regulating stations in buried boxes etc. Body in cast carbon steel.

• Diameters : 3/4” and 1’’ NPT-F or BSP.

• Set Pressure Range: 20 mbar to 5 bar

TWIN
Automatic double slam shut valve for increase in pressure supplied with two actuators in series.
The set pressure of actuator B is quite higher than actuator A, then, in case of A actuator fail
the other one will block and interrupt the process gas flow. Body construction in Stainless Steel
with robust design allowing the application with high working pressure up to 250 bar.

• Diameter: ½’’, ¾’’ and 1’’ (Thread BSP or NPT or Flanged Class 150# to 2500#)

PARTIAL PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE

ARGOS RELIEF (BACK PRESSURE)

Pilot operated partial pressure relief valve utilized mainly in applications with natural gas
where the set pressure is over than 14 bar or when the process has high flow. Body material
in cast carbon steel.

• Diameter: 1’’ to 6’’ (Flanged Class ASME 150# to 600#)

• Outlet Pressure Range: 0.7 a 63.5 bar

JUNIOR RELIEF
The partial pressure relief valves are self operated and with simple construction. The Series
is divided in two models. Body material in cast carbon steel and ductile iron. Thread NPT-F
or flanged Class 150#.

• Model CH ALIVIO - Diameters: 3/4’’ and 1’’

• Set Pressure Range: 0.2 to 14 bar
