    CITY this is to certify that ZALI CONSTRUCTION, INC. has submitted all the
    documentary requirements necessary for the processing of its Advance
    Payment in the amount of One Million Four Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Three
    Hundred Sixty Three Pesos and Thirty Nine Centavos Only (P 1, 465, 363.39).
    This is to certify further that all requirements and supporting documents
    pursuant to Department Order No. 11 Series of 2021 (or latest issuance for
    DoTS) are found valid, authentic, and in order.
