frame structure together this component tried to maintain the hierarchical leadership because in
this way this company again clearly delimited the chain with some command from the lowest
level. after this phenomenon, this organization reach these companies' highest levels with a
larger scale organization (Jehangir et al., 2017).
This company tried to maintain the democratic style of leadership which is treated as the most
essential leadership is still from all of the leadership. this leadership allows all of the opinions
from the employee's portion for this reason the leader can easily get any kind of essential

Ford Motor Co(Ford) is treated as an automotive company which tried to provide some designs,
manufacturers' products, markets and services about some transportation elements as well as try
to electrify all kinds of vehicles. this company tried to maintain the dictator's leadership. in this
way the leader tries to provide all kinds of rules and regulations with total power, for this reason,

Examination of the factors that influence the development of the
culture in Organisations.
Organizational culture is treated as the most vital part of an organization because all of this
culture is one kind of rules and regulations of this organization according to these organizations'
work(Putra et al., 2021). on the other hand, all of the organization has a fixed owner but the main
driver of this company is treated as this company's employees(Aisyah et al., 2022). due to this
section, all of these employees have to maintain all of these rules and regulations according to
this organization. this organization's culture has a lot of factors because these factors try to
maintain all of the rules and regulations which are completely related to this organization(Jamali
et al., 2022).
The employee's performance, leadership styles and leaders' performance, capability and support
of this organization, these organizations business property, organizations technological

Comparison of the impact of leadership and management styles on
decision-making in different organisations.
Elon Mask Is treated as the co-founder of the company Tesla and this time this company is
treated as the most modern and technological improvement-based company in the whole world
because this company tried to provide different kinds of transportation services with maintaining
the sustainable improvement of this environment. this company try to maintain the
transformational leadership and this leadership styles main focus on creating real positive change
in this whole world as well as this leadership is completely based on action-oriented(Megiyanti
Matande, Armanu Thoyib and Desi Tri Kurniawati, 2022). This company tried to philosophise
by this leadership style about how kind of change the world and the main focus to reach their
exact vision a reality. transformational leadership has a close relationship with decision-making
mechanisms because these styles strongly predict rational strategy and due to these kinds of
performance this company is completely dependent on the decision-making styles(Davidaviciene
and Al Majzoub, 2022).
On the other hand, the company Ford is also trying to provide designs, manufacturers, and
services to a full line of electrified passengers together with some commercial transportation
systems such as tracks, vans, cars and some Lincoln luxury types of vehicles. this company tried
to maintain the directors' leadership and in this section, all kinds of decision-making parts are
maintained by this leader(Macha and Mhagama, 2022). This leadership are maintained by the
management which is successful with proverbs a huge amount of strong motivations portion of
the manager. for this reason, the other employees try to maintain these kinds of strict rules and
regulation and in this way, this organization maintain all of this work in a systematic way(Khan,
2022).

Tesla is a different kind of organization and in these modern days, this organization improved all
kinds of activities with maintaining the sustainable improvement of this environment because
this organization provides all kinds of services with providing new technological transportation
systems which are maintained by the chargeable battery. due to these kinds of new technology,
these environments maintain these since you evil improvement. these organizations'
organizational cultures are empowered by their workforce which is trying to search for some
ideal solutions and in this way this organization can easily create a new technological business
that stands out from the automotive industry. these kinds of the automotive industry also
improved its energy source with new generation and storage technology. for this reason these
company's employees and motivated by innovative technology as well as try to improve all kinds
of activities with improved skill(Tesla Inc.’s Organizational Culture & Its Characteristics
(Analysis) - Panmore Institute, no date).
On the other hand, the company Ford is also included in this world and is provided with
transportation-related services. this company's organizational culture and based on teamwork
combined and this kind of teamwork are maintained with individual knowledge and skills
development-related performance. in this way, these kinds of properties are boosted this
organizational culture's integrity as well as try to empower positive behaviours among the
employees of this company(Ford Motor Company’s Organizational Culture Analysis - Panmore
Institute, no date).
An organization can create a proper previous structure for their employee's motivational rate
which is treated as a motivational strategy for an organization. In this portion, this organization
11 | P a g e
can maintain 6 steps. the first step is for this organization to create an exact goal based on their
organization's services. After this portion, this organization have to celebrate some small and
beak kinds of mistake and some essential phenomenon according to their goal and in this portion,
this organization can maintain the KPI-focused rate(Lohela-Karlsson, Jensen and Björklund,
2022). then provide meaningful feedback with the fourth step is to try to empower all of these
employees to problem-solving together with trying to learn some new kinds of skills according to
these organizations' work. then the fifth step is to try to follow all kinds of promises and the last
step is to experiment and learn about these goals. these kinds of motivational strategies are most
effective for any kind of organization for achieving their optimal achievement(Yong, 2022).
Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs can fill the demand for these kinds of motivation. because by this
motivational theory and organizations can easily complete their phycological, safety and
security-related requirements, social requirements, some esteem-related needs and self-
actualization religion all kinds of requirements(Adnan et al., 2022). On the other hand, the
extensive motivation’s safety needs are completed by this theory and the intrinsic motivations
esteem and self-acquisitional requirements are fulfilled by this theory(Akosile and Ekemen,
2022).
12 | P a g e
Figure 8:Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs(Abdelsalam, Al-Haddad and Ahmad Sharabati, 2022)
for example, the company Tesla try to maintain transformational leadership and after this
phenomenon, a report of September 30, 2022, represent that the organization's main revenue rate
is $21.454B which is a 55.95% increase rate from the previous year. this company's revenue
adds ending with approximately 12 months and is $74.863B together with this report
representing approximately 59.8% improvement from the previous year. after maintaining this
transformational leadership these organizations can improve their performance. in 2021 these
organizations' annual revenue was $53.823B which is the most increase approximately 70.67 per
cent from the previous year 2020. in 2021 these organizations maintained transformational
leadership.
13 | P a g e
on the other hand, the company Ford Motor try to maintain the director's leadership where the
leader provided all of the decisions based on their own opinion. these organizations' last 12
months' revenue rate shows that on September 30, 2022, these organizations' revenue rate is
$151.736B which increased approximately 12.72 per cent from the previous year. these
organizations' annual rate in 2021 shows that its revenue was $136.341B which increase of
approximately 7.23 per cent from the previous year. in this way, these kinds of new leadership
styles improved this organization's performance.
According to this all of this information and organizations proper leadership is child and
management system is most essential for any organization.
On the other hand, a good performance management system also improved these organizations'
employees' understanding level about the goals of this organization as well as in this way the
owner can be improved the expectation rate from the employees for achieving the exact goals of
this organization. in this way, all of these employees can easily understand their contribution rate
and affect the overall growth of this organization.

of the organization maintains some different kinds of mechanism based on their services. in this
situation the leadership and management style provide a huge amount of impact on their
employee's portion. the leadership and the management style can easily develop these

14 | P a g e
