2. MARKETING DEPARTMENT
Marketing and Communication are the two departments of a company that deal
with the implementation of a strategy to promote a brand. Marketing takes care of
the target, i.e. which customers do we want to attract, and communication takes
care of the means, that is to say, by what means are we going to reach these
potential customers. It’s for that these two services are linked, thanks to their
complementarities. When creating a new brand, the main goal is obviously to make
it known to the public.
In an approach of “Inbound marketing” is a new marketing approach that aims to
attract the consumer by gaining their attention through in particular to the
dissemination of quality content: content that informs educates, even inspired. In
contrast, more traditional marketing techniques seek to attract the attention of
consumers in a more intrusive way, in particular by using the channel advertising.
We then speak of outbound marketing. Inbound marketing is a process of helping
potential customers find brand, products and services, and sometimes before they
even intend to make a purchase. This early recognition must then be gradually
converted into preference be mark then in act of purchase. If done well, this
approach yields much better results than traditional marketing techniques that rely
on interrupting target activity (advertisements, unsolicited calls, etc.), I e. the
marketing of content. Content is targeted by sector, private or public. The contents
that are given are the private sector, which includes banking and insurance. To
avoid the monotony of the contents, it is necessary to vary them and to reflect on
the methods used so that they are seen by a large number of potential customers.
The objective of this study is therefore to deepen the understanding of the
marketing of content, when used as a sponsorship activation strategy, and to
determine how the relevance of a publication published by a company on its
Facebook page influences engagement behaviors, both online and offline, of
consumers.
In INDIA, social networks are now the first channel of communication to share
information. As a result, advertising has taken a growing place on these for the past
BBA THE MAHARAJA SAYAJIRAO UNIVERSITY OF BARODA, ACADEMIC YEAR 20222-2023 Page 26
ESPI VISA CONSULTANTS PVT. LTD. 27
few years. In 2023, advertising expenditure on the networks benefits are expected
to reach US$1.28 billion in 2023.
Thus, many companies perceive social networks as a new unprecedented
opportunity to develop relationships with their consumers. Many studies have also
demonstrated the positive effects of social networks on consumer engagement
behaviors. However, although companies recognize the importance of having their
presence on social networks their main challenge is to use them effectively.
Among other things, 49% of marketers say that the insufficiency of strategy is the
first difficulty generated during the use content marketing on social networks
(Content Marketing Institute). East supports this study by stating that “while, at its
core, content marketing is a simple concept that doesn’t mean it is easy to do well.
This problem is also felt in the sponsorship industry, where sponsors will ask to
obtain a minimum number of publications on the network partnership of sponsored
property. This raises several questions. How well apply a content marketing
strategy? How to make communications relevant in order to maintain a long-term
relationship and engage consumers with the brand?
Although there is growing interest in social media content marketing in order to
engage consumers, no study has been carried out on this subject to the knowledge
of the researcher. Among previous research on social networks, several have
focused on the analysis of the publications broadcast on a company’s page as well
as their effects on consumer responses. The literature review focused on
characteristics of these such as the type of support and the type of content.
However, the relevance, which has the definition “the perceived relevance of a
message by the message recipient, in view of that person’s goals, values, and
interest”, has never been studied before when it is the main characteristic of a
publication, and this depending of the content it offers. However, there is therefore
no study to find out what the effects of the relevance of a publication on consumer
engagement.
To overcome this gap, this research aims to understand the influence of content
marketing used in a behavioral sponsorship activation consumer engagement. This
experimental study covers:
Academically, this study deepens the understanding of content marketing and by
the same token, that of relevance. Moreover, it is an important contribution in the
research on social networks, and insofar as it studies the effects of relevance a

The immigration agency and visa consultant industry in India is very competitive
in terms due to the growing demand for immigration-related services. There are
many agencies and consultants that provide immigration and visa services to
people who wish to go or settle in India or abroad.

ESPI VISA CONSULTANTS PVT. LTD. 30
The competition between these visa agencies and consultants is intense. To stand
out, many agencies emphasize quality of service, reliability, transparency and the
speed of processing visa applications. They can also offer services of
complementary services such as language courses, cultural orientation services, job
search services, etc. The immigration agency and visa consultant industry in India
has several positive aspects and some challenges. Here is an overview of the
diagnosis of this sector:
Strong points;
Growing Demand:
India is a country where the demand for immigration and visa services is
constantly increasing. Whether for reasons of studies, work, tourism or family
reunification, more and more people are seeking help from these agencies to
facilitate the immigration and visa process.
Specialized expertise and knowledge:
Immigration agencies and consultants visas have in-depth expertise and knowledge
of the laws, immigration regulations and procedures. Their teams are trained to
provide precise and personalized advice to customers, according to their specific
needs.
International networks:
Many agencies have established partnerships and networks international
organizations, which enables them to provide immigration and visa services for
various countries. This allows customers to have access to more extensive options
and information updates on the immigration policies of different countries.
Increased competition:
Due to growing demand, the industry is experiencing increased competition
intense. There are many agencies and consultants that offer similar services, which
makes it difficult to differentiate and build a loyal customer base.
Potential Fraud:
As in any industry, there are agencies and consultants who are not scrupulous who
may deceive customers with false promises or practices fraudulent. This raises the
need for customers to exercise caution and choose reputable and reliable agencies.
BBA THE MAHARAJA SAYAJIRAO UNIVERSITY OF BARODA, ACADEMIC YEAR 20222-2023 Page 30
ESPI VISA CONSULTANTS PVT. LTD. 31
Complexity of regulations:
Immigration laws and regulations can be complex and subject to frequent change.
Agencies and consultants should stay constantly informed of the latest updates and
policy changes to provide accurate and up-to-date advice to their clients.
Delay management:
Visa and immigration applications can often take time, which can lead to customer
frustration. Agencies need to manage deadlines efficiently and provide transparent
communication to customers regarding steps in the process and expected timelines.
In conclusion, the immigration agency and visa consultant industry in India offers
on considerable opportunities due to the growing demand for immigration services.
However, it is essential to exercise caution in choosing a reliable agency and stay
informed of ever-changing regulations.
For instance, I also attended Education Explora 2023 organized by Divya Bhaskar.

The cost of visas changes from time to time. The cost of your visa is dependent on
the date we receive your application. If there is a price increase between the date
you lodge your application and the date we receive your application, you will need
to pay the new application charge.

Internship Problem 1:
Solution: The easiest way to solving this internship problem is by talking to your
senior employees. Although this could be embarrassing sometimes especially when
you have to do this talk over and over again and nothing is being done. But
anyway, talk! Help with their projects if you can. Ask them questions about your
field – after all, it is what you are there to do; to learn! Try to find where you could
fit in. Who knows, they might get you on board on their long-term projects.
Additionally, you get to build a connection with them.
Internship Problem 2:
Too Much Work: Well, this could be an internship problem too. You find that
you are being given more work than required and this happens when your
workplace decides to take advantage of you as an intern. You get tired and
exhausted at the end of every day and this gradually turns your internship
experience.
Solution: This is not the time to complain. What you can do is to calm yourself
and think of this as an extra way to learn and get prepared for your career. Have
your long-term career goals clearly in mind. This can ease of the frustration and
exhaustion.
Internship Problem 3:

doesn’t come. This is the same in internships too. As an intern, you might be doing
great but feel less appreciated and this can be greatly discouraging.
Solution: This internship problem can be solved by the intern understanding and
keeping in mind that hard work doesn’t go neglected for a long time. It is to
believe that someone is watching and perseverance can do a lot for you. If you are
in this position right now, take it from us that you won’t continue to be overlooked
if you persevere and continue on your good work.
Internship Problem 4:
Having Competitive Co-interns: Most times, it’s not that your co-interns are
competitive and trying to outdo you. It is just them being hardworking and high-
spirited. This can get you intimidated sometimes especially when you didn’t expect
that your internship will be a competitive one.
Solution: This might be difficult for you to accept but by the end of your
internship, you will find that competitive co-interns make your internship
experience better. When you feel the pressure to work, you’ll find that you learn
more than you would have without the competition. We recommend you take part
in the competition and work towards doing great works everyday. You’d be
surprised how this will enrich your internship experience.
Internship Problem 5:
Having Issues with Time Management / Self-Management: It’s your first
experience at a job and you’re yet to adapt to the new changes in your lifestyle and
the work conditions and environments. This is unlike college where your lateness
to classes and assignment submissions were tolerated. This makes you frustrated.
You feel you are not good enough or not trying enough. Time management is
being difficult for you. Not to worry, we have a solution to this.
Solution: Even though we have a solution this, it is not something you can learn
easily – forming a new habit. Self and time management can be achieved only
through forming new habits and consciously adopting a better organized life. Make
conscious efforts to work on this problem and watch it form into a new habit.
BBA THE MAHARAJA SAYAJIRAO UNIVERSITY OF BARODA, ACADEMIC YEAR 20222-2023 Page 62
ESPI VISA CONSULTANTS PVT. LTD. 63
Internship Problem 6:
Having Supervisors Who Forget That You’re New to the Field: This can be
quite challenging. You have a supervisor who completely forgets you are new and
always require that things be explained to you. They assign projects to you and
leave you without detailed explanations.
Solution: Ask! You never go wrong by asking. Ask your supervisor when you
don’t understand a thing. Just ask! For the many times it happens, just ask!
Internship Problem 7:
Solution: The first thing you need to understand is that you are intern and interns
receive lesser pays than fulltime employees. This is because of their short-term
contract and the learning experiences you gain. However, if you the compensation
is too low and doesn’t meet your day to day expenses, you can reach out the HR to
make your complaints. This situation can be corrected. Most times, interns are
usually afraid to ask such questions but what they don’t know is that their
employers are always happy to rectify issues like this. This is especially employers
who value good working relationships with their workers.
Internship Problem 8:
You are Hesitant to Ask Questions: This is usually one of the biggest internship
problems. You get a good internship only to find that it is strictly professional. And
as a result, asking questions become difficult for you because you fear being
judged or thought dependent and self-insufficient.
Solution: Don’t be afraid of being judged. Your employees know you are an intern
and will probably have loads of questions to ask. They almost always wait in
expectancy. Don’t assume something is wrong or right. Just ask questions. It is
always better to write your questions down and then ask.
