    quotation (letter no:1125540) dated on 01st December,2021 based on the condition we agreed

    As you have suggested us to deliver our consignment by goods bus but we would like to request
    you to deliver consignment by train. Here ,we would also like to request you to deliver our
    products with 15th December,2021 at the above mentioned address. As per our conversation ,it
    was decided by the both parties that sales tax will be paid by you .On the other hand, 15% vat
    will be given by us. As per our agreement ,we will pay 50% advance as soon as giving order and
    rest of the payment will be given after getting the consignment through cross check. As per your
    commitment, we hope that we will get three years after sales service at free of cost with one year
    replacement guarantee.
    We are looking forward to receiving our product within the given deadline .We hope that you
    will provide us the best consignment and service. So that our business relationship may sustain
