    1. There will be an Orientation of SGC to the LGU, MPTA Officers & Student
    Representative.

    2. Moreover, election of SGC members will be conducted.

    3. The SGC & SPT will also be oriented on SIP/AIP & SMEA.

    4. Please be advised of the orientation and election of SGC other members will
    be on October 17 ,2022 at 4:00 pm.

    5. Inform the concerned attendees on the said orientation & election.

    AGENDA/ MEETING PURPOSE:

    1. Agenda 1: ELECTION of SCHOOL GOVERNANCE COUNCIL OTHER MEMBERS

    Summary: Since SGC was new to us, the school head had a brief discussion about it. Then
    election of SGC Members followed. The election of SGC Members was successful.

    Issues and Concerns: No issues and concerns since this will be the start of School
    Governance Council.

    Resolution: Resolution 1 of this meeting issued.

    2. Agenda 2: ORIENTATION ON SIP/AIP, SMEA, & SGC

     Summary: Mrs. Edna S. Toniacao, School Head, discussed the status of the SIP, AIP, SMEA
    to the MPTA Officers, and other stakeholders. Hon. Fernando De Guzman, our Barangay
    Captain, told that they will give their full support for the school improvements and other
    projects that will benefit to all students here in our school. MPTA officers also agreed to give
    full support to our school’s SIP/AIP especially they know that’ for their children’s sake.
     Issues and Concerns: New SIP will be crafted for 2022-2028 and the school need the
    support from MPTA, LGU and other stakeholders.
     Resolution: Resolution 1 of this meeting issued.

    3. Agenda 3: COMMUNICATION PLATFORM

     Summary: The school has facebook account Dacbhs Lakandula for announcements and
    other important matters. All students and parents can access our fb account. They can also
    send messages through messenger to this fb account or to all Group chat in all grade level and
    sections for question and feedback.

     Issues and Concerns: Some parents can’t attend meeting due to conflict of their work
    schedule. Students can access the fb account of our school for important announcement.

     Resolution: Resolution 1 of this meeting issued.

    The meeting was adjourned at 4:55 pm.
