 ABSTRACT
Industrial training is an important phase of student life. A well planned, properly
executedand evaluated industrial training helps a lot in developing a professional attitude.
The purpose of this Industrial Training program proposed by MSBTE was to prepare the
studentto serve the needs of industry and commerce more effectively in the future. This
included providing real-life experience and exposure, thus gaining first-hand exposure of
working inthe real world, granting the opportunity to learn more about the intern
selfpotentials and abilities, getting connected and developing professional skills. It
develop an awareness of industrial approach to problem solving, based on a board
understanding of process and mode of operation of organization.

The aim and motivation of this industrial training is to receive discipline, skills.
Teamworkand technical knowledge through a proper training environment, which will
help me, as astudent in the field of Computer Engineering, to develop a responsiveness of
the self- disciplinary nature of problem in Computer Engineering . During a period of six
weeks at Bloomzen Infosolution Pvt Ltd, Thane. Mohit Anil Jangale, I was given the
training of the programming language i.e. “ Python ” I am able to implement what I
have learnt for the past sem i.e. Diploma in Computer Engineering student in Navjeevan
Education Society’s Poytechnic, Bhandup .

Working at Bloomzen Infosolution Pvt Ltd surely added huge experiences in my

upcoming career. This report takes us through all the details and experiences I gathered
during my tenure.

 ORGANIZTION STRUCTURE AND HIERARCHY

1.1About the Company: -

GODJN solutions is an IT company which has been established in 20 . It is the best

software training, software development, Infrasturcture services and storage training
institute. This Company is having a branch which currently running It is an IT
company but also a platform for fresher to show case their talents and skills. Based in
pune. It proficiency lies in identifying talent, understanding aptitude, analyzing your
needs and nurturing you to reach the zenith of technical excellence. We believe in the
inntate potential of each individual.

1.2 Departments: -

Training Department: -
In this department here various training are given
to the students, freshers and interns regaring the company, projects etc.

Marketing and Sales Department: -

This department promotes the
business and drives sales of its products or services.

Development Department: -
This department is responsible for a number
of key objectives inside and outside organization, a crucial part in any industry.

2.1 Introduction to company: -

Bloomzen Infosolutions Pvt Ltd is an IT company which has been established in

2020. It is the best software training, software development , Infrasturcture services
and storage training institute in the country. It has two branchescurrently running It
is an IT company but also a platform for fresher to show case their talents and skills.

It offers globally accepted certification. Its Students master the skills for IT
Infrastructure Management followed with On-Job industry training and stipends.
Bloomzen’s training opens doors to exciting careers in technical support, facility
management, projects marketing management and back – office operations relevant
of hardware, system integration and networking.

With a strong network of the students and the companies. Bloomzen got 02 training

HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE RESOURCES

3.1 Hardware Resources: -

Computer hardware refers to the physical components that make up a computer system.
There are many different kinds of hardware that can be installed inside, and connected to
the outside, of a computer. Below is the list of few hardware resource we used.
• Processor : Intel i3
• Ram : Minimum 4 GB required.
• System requirement : Windows 7 or Windows 10 (64- bit ) operating
system.

3.2 Software Resources : -

Python is an interpreted, high-level, general-purpose

programming language. It supports multiple programming
paradigms, including procedural, object-oriented, and
functional programming. Python is often described as a
"batteries included" language due to its comprehensive standard
library .

 o Python IDLE Editor : -

IDLE is an integrated development environment for

Python, which has been bundled with the default
implementation of the language since 1.5.2b1. it is
packaged as an optional part of the Python packaging
with many Linux distributions. It is completely written
in Python and the Tkinter GUI toolkit.

Features : -
coded in 100 % pure Python, using the tkinte r GUI toolkit
cross-platform: works mostly the same on Windows, Unix, and macOS
Python shell window ( interactive interpreter) with colorizing of code input,
output, and error messages
multi-window text editor with multiple undo, Python colorizing, smart indent,
call tips, auto completion, and other features
search within any window, replace within editor windows, and search through
multiple files ( grep )
 debugger with persistent breakpoints, stepping, and viewing of global and
local namespaces configuration, browsers, and other dialogs.

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT AND WORKING PROCESS

4.1 Research and Development: -

It should be taken into consideration that research and development is a crucial stage
in every department. Innovative activities are undertaken by the organization to
provide services to their clients. One should provide a product to the client, that the
client never knew he/she needed. Initially at the start of the internship I was given an
orientation on wide range of topics, new applications were introduced to me and I
was given the task to explore them.

1. ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning):-

ERP is basically a software which is used by big companies to manage and

integrate the important parts of their business, used in manufacturing
companies. One of the examples of ERP is SAP (Systems Applications and
Products).

2. SEOs:-

SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization. It should be kept in mind that
building a website is not enough for it to gain popularity. One must also make it
semantically sound so that its visibility is increased to the users of a web search
engine.

3. UI and UX:-

UI stands for User Interface, as the name suggests it the graphical layout of the
application.It can have many components like buttons to interact with, sliders,
text entry fields, and allof the rest of the items that interact with user. It’s very
important to understand that a greatUI and an amateurish UX will not result in a
good software both of them should work hand-in-hand.

4.2 Working Process: -

We have already seen that there are a lot of departments in Bloomzen

Infosolution Pvt Ltd, where each of the department is working on a dedicated
task. Initially I was given the training of Python, this application is latest trend
use in the market. Advertisementsare an important part to increase sales of any
organization.

 Normal steps in the work flow
involved:  Designing or Coding
• Showing the output to the mentor for approval
• Code Review
• Fixing the bugs
• Changes made to the work.
• After fixing the mistakes our designs or projects done were finally
approved.

As a student it is very difficult to understand an industry work flow because its

highly constructive and complex. I even understood the difference between product
and project, here when we are working on project we can discard the
implementation part if the projectcannot be carried out successfully, while working
on product it is important to keep client’srequirements in mind hence one has to
meet their requirements irregardless of the difficulties that are faced during the work
flow.

During Training we Firstly Learn about the Installation of Required Software and
also Learn about Basic Concept of python Programming Language. Again We
Learned Some Concepts Like Functions, GUI Programming etc.

MARKETING AND TESTING

5.1 Marketing: -
Bloomzen Infos olution Pvt Ltd is an IT company includes software training, software
development development, Infrasturcture services and storage training institute.
Bloomzen Infos olution Pvt Ltd also sells the projects according to the requirement of the
Cl i ent. There are many client tie up with the company. The company also provide the
Engineering IEEE projects . They also gives the Coaching Classes for Engineering
DEGREE, career guidance, career counselling, training to the intern, certification courses.

Also advertising and broadcasting on social media is a major part of marketing for the
company. For advertising, I was taught how to create attractive posters about the
company ’ s products and offers available. I was trained in designing a fascinating poster
with stunning color combinations and font. The posters were designed in Photoshop CC
application. The posters were to be posted on their Facebook wall page.

5.2 Testing: -

Testing is required to point out the defects and errors that were made during the
development phases. Bloomzen Infos olution Pvt Ltd is the best in the software testing.
The company tests does the testing by its software which were kept confidential.

SAFETY PROCEDURE FOLLOWED

(PREVENTIVEMAINTENANCE)

6.1 Antivirus: -

During my internship with Bloomzen Infosolution Pvt Ltd, I was told to bring my
laptop which should have Antivirus installed. If not done so, I wouldn’t be allowed
to connect to their WIFI facility as the virus from my laptop could move into their
network and further harm the company’s work. So, my laptop being virus protected
was the most important safety procedure followed. This method is called BYOD
which stands for Bring your owndevice.

6.2 Backup: -

Every company’s foremost safety procedure is to take the backup of data every day.
As data is the most important aspect of your computer. Computer hardware can fail,
data can be corrupted, computers can be lost, stolen, or destroyed. So, backing up of
data was also the safety step took by me during my internship. The work assigned
by the company to me for the day was taken back by them at the end of the day. As
the work could be leaked bya mere intern like me. The backing up of data was then
done on a daily basis.

6.3 Firewall: -

Each company has a firewall in their PCs. TodPhod also had a firewall as a software
on their PCs to protect the computer from being attacked over the internet by
hackers, viruses, and worms. With the firewall the company can control the access
to certain websites, givingit the control of how employees use the network.

6.4 Stabilizer: -

Every PC in the company had stabilizer attached. These stabilizers helped during
unstablevoltage supply. These stabilizers would protect the PCs.

 CHAPTER 08

SHORT DESCRIPTOIN OF MY PROJECT

A Language Translator is a device that can translate any language into another
language we wish to Translate . This project uses API of Google Translate. Difference
between google translate and out project is , google translate is a web application and our
project is Python GUI Application. We have Developed this Application using tkinter
Module and Google Translate API. Our project has two sections, From language and To
Language. The From Section is Auto detect, which means the text which we type in from
section, its Language is Automatically Detected, In To Section we have Multiple Choice
List in which we can Select Any Language and then translate the text in Another
Language.

CHALLENGES ENCOUNTERED DURING TRAINING

Working at Bloomzen Infosolution Pvt Ltd not only made me technically sound but
also made me persevere through the challenges that I had to face in the company.
This internship made be ingenious and allowed me to think outside the box.

During Application development which was a long course, it made me understand

how to test myown code and use my brain coherently. I initially found it difficult to
create a drop-down menu or understanding the color combination but eventually got
the knack of it.

While the training there were many crises coming, but with the help trainer we made
the it. It was difficult to learn the “Python” language in the 6 Weeks itself, but the
trainer madeit possible in an easy manner.
