Job Description :

1. Recruitment :
a. Share job advertimsement (Trainee, Daily Worker & Employee)
b. Maintains human resources records by recording new hires and obtaining temporary staff
from agencies
c. Screening applicant candidate by email and verifying submission
d. Arrange schedule interview with HRM and Department Head
e. Providing application information, helping with form completion
f. Processing interview and testing applicants
g. Notifying employees of approvals and arrange schedule sign contract

2. Employee Relation Activities


a. Make to calendar schedule activity : Sport, general cleaning and outbond
b. Orients new employees by presentation power point about product knowledge hotel and
orientations direct around (Hotel Area)
c. Arrange to Staff Birthday, Staff Gathering, Thank You Party, the Best Employee Perthree
Month, Anniversary Hotel and Gathering
d. Appraisal (Daily Worker & Rank and File) and maintaining personnel records
e. Arrange and Update report about Generic training, Department skill training, and Outside
seminar
f. Visiting a employee sick and employee married & nativity

3. General Administration
