Description:
SysLink3 is an earlier version of Willowglen’s SCADA Software release. The product
name is changed to WillowLynx in year 2012.

The development of SysLink3 SCADA Software was completed in 2002. The

software performs data acquisition, calculations, alarm management, data trending,
operator display and control in a typical SCADA system.

WillowLynx is capable of handling small, medium and even very large point count
systems, providing a total solution regardless of the size and nature of the
application. It closely integrates with commercially available databases and
spreadsheet applications, hence providing a flexible and cost-effective solution for
users. The software also includes remote video monitoring features.

WillowLynx is available in various architecture platforms including PCs running

Windows XP/7/8/10, Windows Server 2008/2012, and Oracle Solaris Sparc/x86
servers. It is capable of extensive networking, such as long distance radio networks,
wireless or wired Ethernet, GSM, GPRS, DSL and etc. It provides an open
architecture and supports numerous international standards.

Expected Life Span:

No definite life-span for a standard SCADA software license. WillowLynx runs
depending on the operating system software and system hardware.

Delivery Time:
WillowLynx is a ready software in Willowglen. The delivery of the SCADA software to
the customer’s site varies based on the project size and requirement.

Warranty:
Willowglen offers a standard product warranty of 1 year but expandable depending
on the customers’ requirements. A comprehensive warranty complete with on-site
service is also available.

Technical Support:
As an integrated solution provider, Willowglen also provides its customers with
services for custom engineering design (both hardware and software), training,
maintenance and after-sales support.

The after-sales-support services include the investigation and rectification of faults in

the software provided in the system. Willowglen provides Customer Support service
for projects under the defect liability period or extended maintenance period. The
customers may call the support team in Willowglen to lodge system errors. The
typical response time to sites for projects in Malaysia shall be between 24 to 72
hours. Software problems shall be resolved within 7 days of attending to the problem.
Should it not be possible to complete rectification within the 7 days period, then
Willowglen shall inform the customers accordingly, advise the reason for the delay,
the work completed so far and estimate of the further time required rectifying the
problem.

With integration of high performance DVR (Digital Video Recorder), one feature of
WillowLynx that Willowglen has incorporated is its integrated video surveillance capability to
display high quality motion or still video images for remote surveillance.

overview of sites and click to open the real-time video viewing
