PETROGHRIB will comply with all applicable laws and regulations and will implement programs and
procedures to assure compliance. Strict compliance with HSE standards will be a key ingredient in the
training and performance reviews of all employees. We will minimize risk and ensure that risk
assessments are conducted for current facilities and practices as well as changes to existing
processes and activities for new projects. We will maintain a drug free work environment with support
from all employees. We will provide HSE training for employees. We will be prepared to properly
address emergencies.
We will engage in constructive dialogue with all employees, clients, community leaders and all other
stakeholders to share information and hear their concerns and expectations with respect to HSE
issues relating to new projects and ongoing operations. Further to this, we will continue in our efforts to
raise the awareness of Health, Safety and Environmental issues to our host communities.
We will conserve natural resources by ensuring reduced resource consumption, effective usage and
safe disposal. We will prevent and mitigate residual pollution by the development of Best Practices
and planning. We will provide adequate resources to ensure the successful implementation of these
practices and plans. We are committed to care for our environment and will ensure that our
management systems are specifically designed to prevent pollution.
We will seek continual improvement through measuring and reporting of occupational health, safety
and environmental performance with regular setting and reviewing of targets. We will conduct regular
occupational health, safety and environmental audits. This policy will be reviewed and updated
annually.
