    The bar chart compares the percentage of 5 different entertaining activities

    participated by children from 5-14 years old, devided by gender, in Australia.

    Overall, it is clear that the number of boys exceeds that of girls in the given
    period. Also, watching TV seems to be the most prevalent while skateboarding is
    seen least preferred for both sexes.

    As can be seen from the chart, there are 3 activities that boys join more than girls.
    The portion of boys playing skateboarding is 39% as opposed to 22% for girls. This
    is also true for cycling and computer games which show the disparity of about
    20% between the genders, with approximately 80% for boys.

    In contrast, the girls are more keen on drawing and crafting. In particular, the
    proportion of this is 59% for girls which is nearly twice as boys'. Moreover, 100%
    of children are engaged in watching TV and videos.
