Dear Parents,

Greetings from your FCPC Family!

As we welcome the academic year 2023-2024, we recognize our partnership for the welfare of our
children. To ensure their safety, the school will implement Guidelines on Fetching of Students.
Please be guided on the following:
1. The parent/guardian is advised to print the Fetcher’s ID on a short bond paper. This will be
folded in half so that the front part contains the student’s grade, section, name, 2x2 photo,
and the control number to be given by adviser on August 29, 2023. The back part contains
the information about the fetcher/s with parent’s or guardian’s signature. Refer to the
attached template.
2. The Fetcher’s ID must be accomplished and laminated on or before AUGUST 31, 2023.
Fetcher’s ID without Control No. shall be considered invalid.
3. A maximum of three (3) authorized fetchers are allowed. The parent/guardian shall sign
the back part so that validation of student’s fetchers will be ensured.
4. Each student’s fetcher shall have a laminated Fetcher’s ID. Therefore, if there are three
fetchers at the back portion of the ID, each of these fetchers should have their Fetcher’s
ID.
5. The Fetcher’s ID shall be worn at all times whenever a student is being fetched from the
school Gate 1. Students will only be endorsed by the teacher or the school security personnel
to the authorized fetcher.
6. Fetchers will only be allowed to enter in the Waiting Area for 15 minutes before the
students’ dismissal time. Only ONE fetcher per student is allowed.
7. Fetchers should wait for the go signal to form their line in the Exit Area based on the control
number as reference for the sequence of release of students.
Example: For Grade 1, G1-01 to G1-25.
8. In case a student is allowed by his/her parent to commute on a specific day, the teacher
and parent shall ensure consistent communication when the student leaves their home
and arrives at school and vice versa.
9. In case the fetcher will be late in fetching the student, he or she shall inform the adviser
thru call or text prior to the dismissal time. While waiting, the student shall stay in the
classroom.
10. If you will allow your child to commute and travel on his own, your child must also have
the NO FETCHER ID as a reference of the security personnel to release him/her.

Thank you very much for your unqualified support.

Very truly yours,
