WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the registered owner of a parcel of land located at Lot
19, Block 5, Sherwood Subdivision, Barangay Ambago, Butuan City with a housing unit
constructed thereon in accordance with the drawings, plans, and specification approved by
the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB), and other regulatory bodies,

Property No. 20-04-0001-04466, consisting an area of NINETY EIGHT (98) square
meters and more or less, particularly described as follows;

WHEREAS, the VENDOR have offered to sell and the VENDEE have agreed to buy the
above-described subject property for the total price of SIX HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND
PESOS (PHP650, 000.00);
2. The VENDEE do hereby accept this sale and bind to assume as they
hereby assume the payment of the unpaid balance of the mortgage in indebtedness
of the VENDOR as of this date in favor of the aforenamed mortgagee and does
hereby further agree to be bound by the precise terms and conditions therein
contained.
5. The VENDEES shall hold the VENDOR free and harmless from any
claims or liability which may arise from the sale of the said subject property.

OF ABSOLUTE SALE WITH ASSUMPTION OF MORTGAGE, and they acknowledged to me
that the same was executed by them freely and voluntarily.
