A Student portfolio is a collection of chosen work
by a student representing a selection of performances that is collected over time and describes the learner’s efforts, progress, and achievement in key areas. Learner here is an active participant involved in constructing his or her journey through the portfolio building process of selecting, organizing and reflecting. Purpose of the Portfolio :
Portfolio provides a profile of learner’s abilities – in-
depth growth and progress It is a tool for assessing a variety of skills. It helps to develop among students an awareness of their own learning.
