    Speaker discusses / demonstrates:
    - ClassClap classroom management application.
    - VJA Plus is an outsourcing company and develops mobile, web and many other essential
    software for domestic and foreign businesses. With a team of experienced experts in the
    filed of technology, VJA Plus is increasingly becoming a young dynamic, enthusiastic
    company that is always ready to ‘bring customers the best quality products.’
    - ClassClap is a web and mobile class management application platform developed by VJA
    Plus with the purpose of connecting student information at school and home, helping
    teachers simplify classroom management, providing students’ learning situation at school
    to parents and helping parents keep in touch with teachers effectively.
    o The application focuses on 2 groups of objects:
    1. Mangers/school owners/owners of preschools, primary schools, foreign
    language centers, gifted centers
    2. Parents group of children preschool, primary school children
    - Market Situation
    o Vietnam’s education has entered the digital transformation period with the
    requirements of connecting educational information on online platform.
    o Teachers are currently spending a lot of time on homeroom activities. We need a
    solution to simplify this activity.
    o Parents are more and more interested in creating a holistic environment for
    children to develop, so they always want to know what their children are doing at
    school.
    - Solution of ClassClap
    o Provide a solution to connect school and family, is a social network in the
    classroom, and quickly transfer information between the two environments.
    o Fully meet the professional management of students: attendance, practice grading,
    subject grading, posting grades information, contact parents…
    o Shorten time and improve management efficiency of schools and educational
    institutions.
    o Enhance positive two-way interaction between parents and teachers, do not miss
    any information.
    o Convenient for parents to look up the class schedules, the learning process easily
    and quickly.
    o Students’ personal information is kept private and secure.
    o Modern technology, keeping up with the trend of digitalization.
    - “Features for teachers & “features for parents” were discussed.
     Such as:
    o Teacher:
    1. Simplify attendance, grading, and notifying to parents to save time and
    effort.
    2. Track, evaluate, and store information in a scientific, easy, fast way.
    3. Mange multiple classes and study groups at the same time
    4. Create and manage timetables, study schedules scientifically, avoiding
    confusion and omission etc.
     Features for parents such as:
    1. Capture the situation of their children anytime, anywhere, help parents
    feel secure while their children are at school.
    2. Participate in student assessments at home to create an environment
    that encourages all-round development.
    3. Send/received notification quickly, eliminating omission that occur
    when information is missed.
    4. Send special requests directly to the teacher.
    5. Look up class schedules, look up scores by day/wee/month/year.
