Manpower Planning & Recruitment Process

 Responsible for full cycle of Recruitment i.e., sourcing, screening, conduct telephonic interview to fulfill the
position on prompt time such as publishing advertisements, sourcing through naukri, indeed and directly
recruiting through consultant.
 Releasing letters related to offers, Probation completion, Transfers, yearly appraisals and preparing documents
for ISO audits.
 Planning for Manpower Request from all departments on quarterly and half yearly review for timely
recruitment.
 Review analysis of required Manpower mobilized / de-mobilized as per the site requirements.
 Ensure that all departments are properly coordinate for recruitment and selection process and Budget.

Onshore & Offshore Training & Mobilization

 Understand the requirement trainings for Offshore & Onshore and co-ordinate with the Third-Party Trainers in
prior to mobilization of sites.
 Raise OPTIMA Request in OPTIMA SEAT Portal until finalization of obtaining the OPTIMA CARD.
 Raise PTR / Accommodation / Boat request in co-ordination with Adnoc Offshore.
 Planning and ensure to meet the PPE and Coverall distributed to individual employees received as per the
Adnoc Offshore Protocals.
 Advise Offshore Employees Salary to Payroll Department to make payment on time.
 Rotational Travel arrangements for the Offshore Employees Onboard / Outboard and Budget.
 Ensure CICPA Pass Process employees travel to the respective offshores.
 Ensure all staff inductions are completed including onboarding.
 Residence visa applications, and Emirates ID cards.
 Conduct HR induction for new employees and ensure that all new employees opening bank account for salary
transfer under WPS system.
 Supply of Manpower to the third-party construction company’s blue collars and white collars periodically as
per the LPO / Quotation.
 Co-ordinate with Third Party Training Centers for arrange necessary Training for New Employee’s / Renewals
of Trainings (Guidelines of ADNOC) such as H2S, WMS, Confined Space, PTW, Banksman, First Aid,
Wrapper, Adnoc Medical etc.,
 To Monitor and Manage daily activities such as accommodation, transportation, mess, leave and travel
arrangements for our employees.
 Prepare Monthly HR Metrics and submit to the management on timely.
 Develop staffing plans with managers to develop employees, manage talent, and ensure succession planning

Payroll & Admin

 On monthly basis to be ensured that all employee’s timesheets received and reconciled submitted to
payroll / accounts for the salary process.
 Significantly Tracking for Annual Vacation, Emergency Leave and Final Exit to ensure to release the
amount before they proceeded for vacation.
 Ensure necessary payments are made on time to ministries such as SEWA and DEWA for accommodation,
company, and shops.
 To assist with PRO for submission of documents such as processing employment visa, Rental Agreement
for employee’s accommodation as well as offices and monitoring renewals of visa, rental agreements,
process other country visa for business visit of employees.
 Compensation & benefits management as stated by UAE labour Law issues.
 Life Insurance and Medical insurance administration.

Employee Relations & Appraisals

 Counsel’s employees regarding work, family, or personal problems.


 Explains company compensation and benefit programs, such as medical, insurance, retirement, and savings
plans, and enrolls workers in specified programs.
 Attends conferences and meetings, as employee-management liaison, to facilitate communication between
parties.
 Prepares reports and enters and updates medical, insurance, retirement, and other personnel forms and records,
using computer.
 Arranges for employee physical examination, first aid, and other medical attention
 Yearly appraisals for all the employee’s reviews and submit reports to the management.

Black Tulip Flowers LLC is in trading business of import and export of flowers around the world for the past 3
decades. They have 35 outlets in UAE in the activity of flowers sales, flowers delivery to hotels, arrangements of
weddings and receptions in UAE region.
