Raise PTR / Accommodation / Boat request in co-ordination with Adnoc Offshore.
Planning and ensure to meet the PPE and Coverall distributed to individual employees received as per the
Adnoc Offshore Protocals.
Advise Offshore Employees Salary to Payroll Department to make payment on time.
Rotational Travel arrangements for the Offshore Employees Onboard / Outboard and Budget.
Ensure CICPA Pass Process employees travel to the respective offshores.
Ensure all staff inductions are completed including onboarding.
Residence visa applications, and Emirates ID cards.
Conduct HR induction for new employees and ensure that all new employees opening bank account for salary
transfer under WPS system.
Supply of Manpower to the third-party construction company’s blue collars and white collars periodically as
per the LPO / Quotation.
Co-ordinate with Third Party Training Centers for arrange necessary Training for New Employee’s / Renewals
of Trainings (Guidelines of ADNOC) such as H2S, WMS, Confined Space, PTW, Banksman, First Aid,
Wrapper, Adnoc Medical etc.,
To Monitor and Manage daily activities such as accommodation, transportation, mess, leave and travel
arrangements for our employees.
Prepare Monthly HR Metrics and submit to the management on timely.
Develop staffing plans with managers to develop employees, manage talent, and ensure succession planning
On monthly basis to be ensured that all employee’s timesheets received and reconciled submitted to
payroll / accounts for the salary process.
Significantly Tracking for Annual Vacation, Emergency Leave and Final Exit to ensure to release the
amount before they proceeded for vacation.
