Unlocking difficulties:
What is limitation?
limitation is something that controls how much of something is possible
or allowed.
This means that though the nature of the person as an embodied spirit provides
numerous opportunities to explore everything around us and even within us.
Our human nature imposes limitations, like we don’t have the ability to fly, we
cannot breathe underwater without breathing apparatus, we can’t please
everyone, etc. But by acknowledging, understanding, and embracing our
limitations, we will have the energy to focus on the resources available and use
our strengths to be a more effective individual
What is transcendence?
Transcendence is the ability to explore and surpass limitations. Although we
have these physical limitations, which made us think that life is difficult and
restricting, but if we reflect on our personal lives, we can definitely transcend
our limitations which made our life colorful and meaningful.

Remarks
Reflection During the first part of the lesson, I felt insecure. I temporary lost my focus
because some student arrived late. As a result, the lesson did not start well. It
was choppy and disjointed. However, I was to bounce back in the next activity. I
actually sense that learning was taking place.
