GUIDELINES FOR WRITING ARTICLES

While going through the articles in the astrological magazines, I have come acrossed, frequently, certain omissions and
commissions, lack of cogency in writing of articles by the new authors. Therefore, I intended to suggest them some
guidelines to follow so that they will improve their articles. Though the guidelines are not exhaustive but useful in
order to enable the readers to understand what the authors wanted to convey in their articles if they implement. They
are as follows.
Para 1: There must be some preamble to the article at the beginning. That is whether the subject matter for the
prediction was taken up on his own or on account of friends, relatives, clients and others and the circumstances for
taking up the prediction.
For example, 1. A client has visited my house and narrated that her daughter has left home without her knowledge
and not returned till to date and expressed doubt about the existence of her daughter. The client enquired whether
her daughter is alive, if so, chances of her return to home is there.
2. A client has informed that his daughter has fallen in love and he is not interested to perform her marriage with her
lover. Many pandits have assured him confidently that his daughter’s love affair will not materialize. As his daughter
was forcing him for celebration, he sought my advice.
Para 2: In this para, birth particulars or horary particulars or particulars of time chart may be indicated.
Para 3: It should indicate relevant houses of the matter taken up for prediction.
Para 4: It should indicate the details when the matter is taken up for judgement along with the RPs.
Para 5: If the matter is taken up through horary or time chart genuineness of the query through moon signification
may be indicated.
Para 6: If the matter is taken up for prediction by KP method the relevant rule indicating the main cusp may be
mentioned.
Para 7: Whether chart erected indicate the promise of the matter taken up should be mentioned.
Para 8: Brief description of the matter taken up. For example, if the matter pertains to disease whether the chart
indicates disease (6), duration or severity )8), requires hospitalization (12) and opinion of the author. If the disease
indicates life threat the author has to probe and indicate the life span, longevity of the native.
Para 9: Significators to the event is to be given.
Para 10: Discuss about the favourable DBA and joint period of fructification of event and prediction.
Para 11: Transit of DBA lords and luminaries.

Para 12: Outcome of the prediction if available.

The Story of My Experiments with Truth (Gujarati: Satya Na Prayogo athva
Atmakatha, lit. 'Experiments of Truth or Autobiography') is the autobiography of Mahatma Gandhi, covering
his life from early childhood through to 1921. It was written in weekly installments and published in his
journal Navjivan from 1925 to 1929. Its English translation also appeared in installments in his other
journal Young India.[1] It was initiated at the insistence of Swami Anand and other close co-workers of
Gandhi, who encouraged him to explain the background of his public campaigns. In 1998, the book was
designated as one of the "100 Best Spiritual Books of the 20th Century" by a committee of global spiritual
and religious authorities.

A friend of my son has furnished his birth particulars as mentioned below:

DOB: 7-2-1993 Time: 1-03 am Place: Patancheruvu
The native has informed me that he has received a marriage proposal in which he
has very much interested. But nobody from bride side have come forward for
negotiations. In this connection he has approached me in February 2020 to find
out the reasons astrologically. At that time, he is running Venus Dasa and Rahu
Bhukthi. As Rahu signifies predominantly 1,6,8,12 marriage proposal is not
successful.
Jupiter Bhukthi is commenced subsequently with effect from 13-10-2020.
Dasa lord Venus is in 5, lord of 7,12 in the star of Saturn in 3, lord of 4 and in the
sub of Jupiter in 11, lord of 2,5. As Venus signifies 3,11,7 it is favourable for
negotiations and conducting marriage.
Bhukthi lord Jupiter is in 11, lord of 2,5 in the star of moon in 9 and in the sub of
Venus in 5, lord of 2,5. As Jupiter signifies 3,9,11,7 it is favourable for negotiations
and conducting marriage.
As Jupiter has got positional status it is considered as Antara lord. It is predicted
that marriage negotiations will be successful during the conjoint period of Ven-
Jup-Jup which runs from 27-9-2020 to 4-2-2021.
Betrothal ceremony has taken place on 25-11-2020 during the conjoint period, as
predicted, as the significators agreed in transit. But the marriage has not taken
place for want of agreement in transit during the conjoint period of ven-jup-jup
though the DBA lords are favourable for conduting the marriage.
However, the marriage date of the native is fixed as 25-5-2021 in the joint period
of ven-jup-sat. The native has left the home on 4-5-2021 before marriage date as
the DBA lords, who are supposed to conduct marriage, have signified 3,9,12 houses
in addition to marriage houses. The whereabouts of the native are not known to
his family members before marriage date. This has resulted in non-celebration of

marriage and lead to cancellation of marriage. Transit of DBA lords also not agreed
in Saturn Antara.
Mercury Antara commenced from 8-7-2021 and runs up to 23-11-2021. Mercury
is in 4, lord of 8,11 in the star of mars in 8, lord of 1,6 and in the sub of Venus in 5,
lord of 7,12. As mercury signifies 11,7 it is favourable for conducting marriage.
It is predicted that the marriage will take place during the conjoint period of Ven-
Jup-Mer between 8-7-2021 and 23-11-2021 if transit agrees. But no marriage has
taken place during this period.
As the marriage has not taken place during this period, I got a doubt about the
correctness of birth time of the native. Then I gone through the matter and
rectified the birth time. The rectified birth time is 0-59-32 am on 7-2-1993. As per
rectified birth time the conjoint period of Ven-Jup-Mer is changed as 26-7-2021 to
10-12-2021 as against 8-7-2021 to 23-11-2021. There is a difference of 17 days in
the DBA period due to change in the time of birth. The native has got punarapoo
and its impact also might have led to so many troubles.
It is learnt that the marriage is going to be celebrated on 9-12-2021 at 11-45 am in
the conjoint period of Ven-Jup-Mer.

One of my clients asked me,” sir, I am going to a reputed law college for admission,
Will I get admission in that college…?” I asked immediately the horary number
between 1 to 249, he immediately says 172. I erected the chart, the details given
below.
DOB:- 28.12.2021(Tuesday), TOB:- 09.24.54 pm, POB:- Kurnool.
GENERAL KP RULE:
If the cuspal sub lord of the significator of 4th be the significator of 6th
(Competitions)- 4 (education, preparations for examinations, academic
qualifications, regular attendance in school or college)-9 (deep study or higher
education)-11 (success), the native will get academic qualifications during the
joint period of the significators of 4-9-11.
First of all, let us check the Moon (10-8) is in the star of Mars (12-5,12) and in the sub of Venus (1-6,11). Moon
is aspected by the Saturn (2-2,3). Moon signifying 1-2-3-5-6-8-10-12. So, the Moon promising the querent’s

Rahu/Ketu posited in dual signs and in conjunction with or aspected

by the rulers of the 6th or 8th or the l2th house will cause loss of elder
brother or father or the native. But if they are connected with an
angle or trine ruler, then wealth, power, status etc. will be conferred
on the native. Rahu identical to its exalted sign (Gemini) placed in an
angle or trine gives political power and fame. He will have all the
comforts and will become the chief of his clan. Rahu placed in Taurus,
Cancer or Aries gives wealth, education. good servants, pleasing
wife/husband and benefits from the government.
We now know that though Rahu and Ketu are not physical bodies in
the heavens, but they have been given the status of planets in Hindu
Astrology. Naturally they cannot be ignored in Vimshottari Dasa
System also. Rahu's period is for 18 years and Ketu's 7 years. Rahu and
Ketu do not rule any signs like other planets but the fact that a major
share of Vimshottari Dasa period has been apportioned (25 years) to

termed Karmic planets and their Dasa periods and sub-periods are

Dasa periods will be favourable.
When Rahu or Ketu happened to be (a) in 2nd, 3rd or 11th house (b)
or associated or aspected by the rulers of these (2 – 3 - 11) houses, (c)
or placed on the Nakshatra of the rulers of 2nd, 3rd, or 11th house,
mixed results will occur and will not be powerful either way.
When Rahu or Ketu is placed on the Nakshatra of Ketu, various

unpleasant events will take place in its period, but if Rahu or Ketu is
placed on the Nakshatra of Rahu, it will give good results. (In Hindu
Astrology, Rahu and Ketu are termed as malefics, but so are the Sun
and Mars. Our experience says that when it comes to worldly affairs,
Rahu is to be taken as benefic and Ketu as malefic. Reverse will be
the case, if the subject is engaged in religious and spiritual pursuits).
As previously said that Rahu and Ketu do not own any sign. So, Rahu
and Ketu will give the results of the houses in which they are posited,
the results of the owners of the houses
occupied by them and also the results of the planets with whom they
are associated.

Why Cuspal Interlinks Theory is necessary?

We have seen at least one time Astrology or Jyotish since our birth.
There are so many Jyotishis or Astrologers who use different methods
of predictions depending on their knowledge and training from their
Gurus.
There are different systems of giving predictions since long time. Some
of them may be enumerated here as Parashari system, Jaimini sytem,
Ashtakvarga, Naadi system or recently in the 20th century
Krishnamurthi Padhhati or popularly known as K P system.
Still today Parashari system of astrology is mostly used by majority of
astrologers.
Let us understand that which system should be used for predictions in
this contemporary period. For this I will put some real time truth.
Today the population is increasing or better to say it is exploding at
the rate of one child birth per 2.5 second. And also we know that
every child or individual is a unique in this world. There is no common
destiny provided for two or more individuals by God. For this we will
understand some basic principles of astrology.
Zodiac is of 360 degrees and comprises of 12 Rasis and 27 Nakshatras.
One Rasi is of 30 degrees and Nakshatra of 13 degrees 20 minutes.
According to traditional astrology Nakshatra is further divided in four
padas of 3 degrees 20 minutes. There is also a concept of Navamsha
(Nine parts of a Rasi) which corresponds to 3 degrees 20 minutes.
The duration of one Nakshatra is of 24 hours approximately. Thus, a
pada will be of 6 hours. There is no further division of pada when we
see in Vedic system astrology. All Lagnas are running everyday of 2
Hours duration approximately (though it is not correct). Duration of
Lagnas depend on the latitude of the place. The ascension time of
Lagnas are categorized in three modes – short, medium and long.
The population of India is 139.87 Crores with annualized addition of 1,
35, 86,700 births at a rate of 1% approximately.

I have stated above that the contemporary birth rate is per 2.5
second. This means 24 births in a minute and 1440 births in an hour.
For a Lagna duration we can say that 2880 child births are to be
analysed for prediction if we give prediction according to Nakshatra
method. Thus, if we follow Nakshatra pada system of prediction we
actually detailing for 720 charts. The destiny of these natives cannot
be similar.
Shri K. S. Krishnamurthi ji (1908 – 1972) moved further for sorting this
problem and developed a new system of predicting the events
scientifically by using same Rasi, Nakshatra but using Placidus system
preparing the houses or cusps. For this purpose he decided to divide
Nakshatras further what he called that division as SUB LORD. For
doing this he used the time period years of the planets according to
Vimsottari Dasa. Sun has a period of 6 years duration as minimum and
Venus have 20 years as maximum in the Vimsottari Dasa system. So,
the sub period of Sun in Sun Nakshatra is 0 degrees 40 minutes and
that of sub period of Venus in Venus Nakshatra is 2 degrees 13 minutes
20 seconds. Thus, he was able to bring down the charts for 64 births in
Sun sub and 214 births in Venus sub approximately. But here also the
uniqueness of native is challenged. In KP astrology Sub Lord is
regarded as Supremo and every aspect of life are read from the
respective Bhava CSL.
Readers can understand that whether it Nakshatra or Nakshatra
Pada or Sub division of Nakshatra (Sub Lord) will be characterizing not
less than 64 charts.
Shri SP Khullar ji thought a little further and he decided to divide this
Sub Lord in another unequal parts according to Vimsottari Das Period
and he called that part as Sub-Sub Lord. Here, the lowest division of
Sun and highest division of Venus sub is 2 minutes and 22 minutes 13
seconds respectively. So, in Sun sub-sub Shri Khullar ji was able to lower
down the birth of natives to 2 to 3. Again he had made use of Naadi
literatures. He divided the sub-sub in two parts where he called the
parts as “arc”, one less than 50% and other greater than 50%. This was
done taking in mind the concept of gender i.e., male & female.
There are certain rules defined in Cuspal Interlinks Theory (SUB-SUB
THEORY) for study of the charts. This will be discussed in next issue

ఫలిత్ములను యిసాురు. అయితే అవి అనుకూలముగానా, పూతికూలముగానా అనే అంశము వారునె సిితి
ననుసరించ యునె శకిి దాా రా నిరణయించ బడుతంది. .
ఇకక డ గురిించ్చకోవలసిన అంశము ఒకట్ట యునె ది.కాలచకర విభజన 12 రాశులు, 27 నక్షత్రములుగా
సూచంచ బడినది. వానికి సహజ సిద్ిమైన సిిరమైన శకిి (static energy content) సూచంచ బడినవి వీనికి ఏవిధమై న
మారుు యుండదు. ఉద్హరణకు మేష్ రాశి చర రాశి, అగిె త్త్ా రాశి. ఈ రాశిలో సిితికలిగిన గ్రహము సద్రు
లక్షణముల దాా రా మారుు పంది ఫలిత్మును సూచంచ్చను. ఉదాహరణకు గురుడు యికక డ సంచారము చేయు
చ్చనాె డను కుందాము గురుడు త్వను యిచేు ఫలిత్ములు మేష్ రాశి సూచంచే వేగ్ వంత్ముగాను అధికార
యుకి ముగాను యిసాుడు. జాత్కము వేయు సమయమునకు ఉద్యించే లగ్ె మాధారముగా 12 భావములు
ఏరు రచ బడుత్వయి. అవి చెైతెైనయ పూరా క యుకి ముగా సంఘట్నలు (dynamic events) జరుగుట్ను
సూచసాుయి. కాబట్ట్ వీని విష్యములో మారుు యుంటుంది. ఉదాహరణకు కరాక ట్క రాశికి మేష్ రాశి 10వ
భావమును సూచస్త

సూచకల ఫలిత్ములను సూచంచ్చను. గురుడు 5,6,9,10,12 భావస్తు ట్ములలో సిితి కలిగి యునె కారణముగ్

ఫలిత్ములను త్న ద్శా కాలమునందు యిచ్చు ను. మొత్ుము మీద్ 1,2,3,4.5.7.9 భావముల ఫలిత్ములను
కేతవ positional status దాా రా ను, stellar status దాా రాను సూచంచ్చను
యిప్పు డు చాయాగరహముల యొకక ప్ర్తినిధులను గురంచి ప్రరిశీలన. చాయాగ్రహములు

బిందువలని సద్రు బిందువలు రాహువ కేతవగా జోయ తిష్ శాసుర మునందు పేర్కక న బడినవని ముందు
చెపు బడినది. కాలచకర ము నందు సద్రు బిందువల సిితి పూతేకముగా అనిె గ్రహముల కు సూచంచన మాదిరిగానే
సూచంచ బడినవి. కాలచకర బిందువ కూడా ఒక రాశి, నక్షత్రము దాా రా గురిింప బడునని చెపు బడినది. రాహువ,
కేతవ త్వమునె కాలచకర బిందుసాునము సూచంచ్చ(CO-RULERS) సహ పరిపాలిత్ గ్రహముల శకిిని absorb
చేసాురని నమమ బడినది. సద్రు కారణముగా రాహువ, కేతవ ఫలిత్ నిరణయములో త్వమునె రాశి నాధుని, నక్షత్ర
నాధుని త్మ పూతినిధులుగా సూచసాురు. అందువలన వారి సూచకలను కూడా త్మ సూచకలుగా కలిగి
యుంటరు. అనగా రాహువ రాహువగా positional status దాా రాను, Stellar Status దాా రాను సూచంచ్చ

status దాా రా నునె సూచకలనే సూచసాుడు. రాహువ గురుని నక్షత్రములో నునాె డు. గురునకు
5,6,9,10,12 భావ స్తు ట్ములందు సిితికలదు. కనుక రాహువ stellr status దాా రా 5,6,9,10,12 భావముల

कुछ बदलाि जरूरी है । क्योंकक जब ज्योतिष विषय प्रकाश में आया होगा उस समय
