LETTER OF RELEASE AND ISSUE OF FRESH CONTRACT TERMS

Dear KANHU CHARAN SAHU,

Further to our letter dated 31-Aug-21 at Quess Corp Limited, deputed at Client's office / Premises at their
locations. We are pleased to extend your fixed term contract of employment on the following terms and
conditions:

1. By accepting this fixed term contract of employment you hereby generally and completely release
the company from any and all claims, liabilities and obligations, both known and unknown, that
arise out of or are in any way related to events, acts, conduct, or omissions occurring prior to or
on the date of this Agreement.

a. arising out of or related to employment or the termination with Employer;


b. related to compensation or benefits from the Employer, including; salary, bonuses,
commissions, vacation pay, expense reimbursements, severance pay, fringe benefits,
stock, stock options, or any other ownership interests.
c. for breach of contract, wrongful termination, and breach of the implied covenant of good
faith and fair;
d. all tort claims, including claims for fraud, defamation, emotional distress, and discharge in
violation of public policy.

This Release covers all claims and causes of action whether known or unknown, whether accruing
now or in the future.

2. Your contract has been extended till 30-Sep-23 by the concerned department notwithstanding this
in the event of the project/work/deputation for which you are being employed comes to an end
before the aforementioned period; this Contract shall be co-terminus with the project/work.

3. Notwithstanding anything above, depending upon the aforementioned project/work/deputation,


the company reserves it’s right to extend your temporary appointment for such period or periods
as may be necessary depending upon the exigencies relatable to the work for which you are hereby
engaged, In the event, the company shall in writing extend your temporary assignment on the terms
as may be indicated in such letter and in the event of your acceptance of such extension of the
assignment, you shall be governed by such terms and conditions as may be indicated there in.
Your assignment/deputation will be anywhere in India depending up your qualification and
experience and needs of Quess Corp Limited customers at various location.

4. During the period of fixed contract, your services could be deputed at the sole discretion of the
management to any of our client’s company to do work pertaining or incidental to the client’s
business.

5. The other terms and conditions of your employment will remain same, during the above extended
period of contact.

Here’s wishing you the very best in your assignment with us and as a token of your understanding and
accepting of the standard terms of employment, you are requested to sign the duplicate copy of this letter
and return to us within a day.
