Accomplishment Report

a. To Revisit teacher’s capability along with mid-year performance review and evaluation;
b. Capacitate the teachers in identifying and solving problems and issues in classroom
instruction in their respective classes specifically in language and numeracy;
c. Promote the utilization of ICT in the teaching-learning process that will lead to improved
learning among the pupils;
d. Enable teachers to support each other to continuously improve their knowledge, practice,
skills, and attitudes;
e. Enhance the knowledge of teachers on the in utilizing all available resources to provide a
wonderful learning experience for the learner;
f. Foster a professional collaborative spirit among school head and teachers.

encountered, and how have you solved it.)
Narrative Report
On the first day of the training, dated February 6, 2023, the program was started 7:30 in
the morning which conducted by the Kindergarten Teachers. A short inspirational message was
given by the School Head, and an Orientation follows given by the proponent. When the learning
session started, the first topic that was discussed is all about IPCRF Mid-Year Performance
Review and Discussion (Key Result Areas) presented by our School Head. He gives priority to
the recently DepED Memorandum No. 008, s. 2023 the Multi-Year on the Results-Based
Performance Management System-Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers dated
February 3, 2023, state that the PPST based RPMS for teachers shall utilize all the 37 indicators
of the PPST and shall be distributed across three school years: SY 2023-2023, SY 2023-2024,
and SY 2023-2025. On the later part, only two (2) Classroom Observation are required, which
shall be conducted in the last two (2) quarters (one per quarter). This is a one-day whole
activities that all teachers prepare, evaluate, and revisits all the means of verification about the
issuance of IPCRF. He stressed that one of the bases on the issuances of Performance Based
Bonus (PBB) is the school evaluation result or commonly known as OPCRF. Thus, he also
encourages all the teachers to always target the best category in all aspect especially academic
and non-academic.
On the second day of INSET dated last February 7, 2023, the activity was facilitated by
Grade 1 Teachers. The morning session was started at 8:00 in the morning through prayer using
audio-video presentations which was followed by a recapitulation on yesterday’s discussion.
What a lively checking of attendance happened during that day because of their singing
community strategy. Each grade sung a song and gave the correct lyrics of the song. The second
topic were discussed is about Grade Level Reporting, Evaluation of School’s Progress and
Comparative Analysis of Literacy and Numeracy Intervention Programs/Activities together with
their Best Practices. Each grade level shall be given a task to report the pupil’s status especially
for the Grade 1 to 3 who are in the part of Learning Recovery Plan. Ms. Elma C Manumbas were
the discussant in Kindergarten level, Ms . Marichu R. Rico for Grade 1, Ms. Beverly B. Bajas for
Grade 2, Ms. Aileen S. Anastacio for Grade 3 level. For Grades 1-3, they reported the results of
the recently 1st quarter periodical assessment; English and Filipino CRLA Results, ALNAT and
their best strategy to cope the problems encountered. The Kindergarten Teachers shared their
activities in the classroom et-up teaching Kindergarten pupils. They emphasized the importance
of socialization inside the classroom. It must require in the Kindergarten pupils to feel that each
pupils shows love and care from their teachers. Having many stamps of stars in the different
parts of their bodies or simple candies for motivation, Kindergarten excited to come school every
day.
Day 2 in the afternoon session was presented by Grades 4 to 6, together with the Subject
Teacher in Mathematics. Same topic was tasked to report, which is about the Grade Level
Reporting, Evaluation of School’s Progress and Comparative Analysis of Literacy and Numeracy
Intervention Programs/Activities together with their Best Practices. For the Mathematics, Ms.
Felipa B. Panotes was one who happily shared that being a subject teacher in one subject, she
knows the readiness of the pupils in each grades. She might request that on the next SY, she were
also the Math Teacher to know if her strategy works. She happily shared that one of her best
On the third day, the training was facilitated by the Grade 2 Teacher namely Ms Beverly
B. Bajas, Ms. Arlene E. Matubis, and Ms. Chinita B. Mamaril. A one-day whole learning about
ICT. The teachers are tasked to bring their laptops, extension cord, and laptop charger. The first
topic was given by Ms. Catherine P. Olfindo about Transitioning Google to Microsoft. She had
recently trained in the Region V about the Google Apps. Since the topic is ICT, majority of the
teachers needed a step by step process for them to be able to complete the task. The discussant
teach teachers in a smooth process and she sees to it that everyone follows the step. One of the
highlights in the activity is to activate their Microsoft 0365. Afterwards, the discussant teaches
different features between the Google Apps and the Microsoft Apps. Issues and concern was also
tacked and somehow all the problems encountered by the first discussant was made a success.
Majority of the teacher were activated the Microsoft 0365. Additionally, transitioning Google
Drive to One Drive were also given priority because all Deped employees received and email
containing that starting February 2023, we are no longer have access to Google Workspace for
Education and that is why we need to transfer our data to the new Microsoft 365 as soon as
possible. While on the afternoon session, second part on the lesson-discussion which was given
by other resource speakers Ms. Kimberly Christine R. Espanol and Ms. Alexa A. Juego about
Google Docs to MS Office; and GMAIL to Microsoft Outlook. We see the eyes of the teachers
that they are trying to follow the step-by-step process and keep on asking what to do which leads
a good interaction between participants. For the output, the resource speakers required them to
take a screenshot and send them in the GCs for consolidation purposes.
On the fourth day on INSET, the Grade 3 teachers were in-charged headed by their Grade
3 Chairman, Ms. Aileen S. Anatacio. Program was started at 8:00 in the morning. This day, we
had invited resource speaker from the different schools. One from Daet North District which is
Mr. Keyvin Jose D. Saenz and one from Cobangbang Elementary School which is Edeliza O.
Cainto. Additionally, a Lecture and Workshop on the Preparation of Test Questions for Quarter 3
Using the Prepared TOS Based on Blooms Taxonomy was also discussed by our Math Teacher,
Ms. Felipa B. Panotes and How to Make Story-Based Lesson was discussed by Mr. Jotham D.
Balonzo. For the outputs, participants were able to present a sample Classroom Innovation, make
a sample test questions with TOS.
What a fruitful ahead when the last day of INSET came. February 10, 2023, were about the
most awaited moment by all of the teachers. The closing program started 3:00 in the afternoon after
the presentation of several outputs.
