Developing Research and Innovation,” which aims to educate GOVES teachers to
the current research trends. According to him innovation is about change. It’s about
taking what already exists and making it better. We often think of innovation in terms
of technology, but it can really be anything that makes a difference in the way we live
and work. He added that Innovation in education can mean many different things. It
could be a new program or approach to teaching that really helps students to learn. It
could be a new way of using technology in the classroom. Or it could be something
as simple as a new way to motivate students. No matter what form it takes,
innovation in education can have a big impact. It can help students succeed in
school and prepare them for the future. He then, encouraged and motivated the
GOVES teachers to conduct an action research or have an innovation for the benefit
of their students and for the professional development of GOVES teachers. The
discussant also presented the proper ways of using T-Test formula. He also shared
the sample finished innovation as pattern for teachers. The discussant ended his talk
with a saying to ponder on from M. Galarion, “When we fail to innovate continuously,
we lose our relevance to our customers. We don’t want our schools to lose their
relevance to our LEARNERS.
