Guwahati Shillong Kaziranga Tour Package (7N/8D)
Itinerary
Day 01: Airport Pickup, Guwahati to Shillong (100km/4hrs)
We will receive you at Guwahati Airport and will take you straight to Shillong, which is
nearly 4 hours’ drive from Guwahati. Shillong, a beautiful hill station also known as the
“Scotland of the East” is the capital city of Meghalaya and one of the major tourist
destinations of East India. In the route, we will stop at Umiam Lake where you can enjoy
some delicious Momos with the scenic beauty of the lake. After reaching Shillong, we will
check you in to your hotel where you will stay for the night. If time permits, we will take you
to local sightseeing of the city.
Day 02: Shillong Sightseeing (80km/8hrs)
Shillong is famous for its clean steep streets, beautiful lakes, parks and of course the
breathtaking waterfalls. So next day, we will take you out on a local sightseeing. Wards Lake,
Lady Hydari Park, Don Bosco Museum, Elephant falls, etc. are some notable sightseeing
destinations. We will at Shillong.
Day 03: Shillong to Mawlynnong & Dawki Sightseeing, Mawlynnong to Cherrapunji
(245km/9hrs)

Next morning, we will take you to the Asia’s cleanest village Mawlynnong. Mawlynnong is
famous for its cleanliness and living root bridges. We will further take you to Dawki, about
20 kilometres south of Mawlynnong. Dawki lies at the border of India and Bangladesh and is
famous for a suspension bridge over Umngot River (commonly known as Dawki bridge)
constructed by British in 1932. Boating is also available on Umngot River. After sightseeing
at Dawki, we will take you to Cherrapunji. We will stay at Cherrapunji.
Day 04: Cherrapunji Sightseeing (60km/7hrs)
Our next day would be sightseeing at the wettest place on the Earth! Yes, we are talking
about Cherrapunji, which holds the all-time record for the most rainfall in a calendar month
and in a year. Cherrapunji is famous for living root bridges, Nohkalikai waterfalls, Seven
Sister waterfalls, Mawsmai caves (and of course the unending rainfalls of summer) etc. The
stay will be at Cherrapunji.
Day 05: Cherrapunji to Kaziranga (370km/9hrs)
After completing our sightseeing at Cherrapunji we will head towards Kaziranga, the world
heritage site situated in Assam. It would be around 370 kilometers drive from Cherrapunji
and it is estimated to take around 9 hours. So, it would be a complete journey day with few
stops to enjoy the local beauties and cuisine of Assam and Meghalaya. We will stay in
Kaziranga.
Day 06: Kaziranga Sightseeing (80km/8hrs)
Next day we will take you out for sightseeing at Kaziranga. Kaziranga National Park is itself
an exquisite beauty to watch with a list of different species of flora and fauna. Of course no
need to mention about the gentle beautiful creature for which Kaziranga is famous all over
the world, the one horned rhinoceros. So, it will be a complete enjoyment day of sightseeing
at Kaziranga National Park including elephant safaris in the morning, jeep safaris in the
afternoon, visit to orchid garden and Assam’s famous tea gardens, ethnic village, Assamese
localities etc. The stay will be at Kaziranga.
Day 07: Kaziranga to Guwahati (240km/5hrs)
Next morning we will take you Guwahati which will be around 5 hours’ drive from KNP. So,
after reaching Guwahati we can take you out on sightseeing of Guwahati city. The notable
places to check out in and enjoy in Guwahati are Kamakhya temple, Srimanta Sankardev
Kalakshetra, Balaji temple, Umanada (the smallest river island of the world), river cruises on
the mighty River Brahmaputra and many other fantastic places. Your stay for the night will
be at Guwahati.
Day 08: Guwahati Sightseeing, Airport Drop (100km/7hrs)
Next day, if time permits we will take you out on local city sightseeing and try to cover all
the places of Guwahati. Then we will drop you off at the LGB International Airport. And thus,
will end one of the most unforgettable happy trips of your life.

subjected to availability, is included in the package.

 All sightseeing, land transfer & inter hotel transfer.
 Driver allowance, Toll, Parking, Road Tax, Fuel charge, night halt, Interstate charges,

 For Foreign Nationals, surcharges like national park entry fees, Protected Area

Arunachal Kaziranga Meghalaya Tour Package (10N/11D)
Itinerary
Day 01: Airport Pickup, Guwahati to Nameri (240km/5hrs)
We will pick you up at the Guwahati International airport at the said time. Our first
destination would be Nameri. It is a national park in Assam located around 240 kilometres
from Guwahati. After reaching Nameri, we will take you out for the adventure activities for
which Nameri is very famous among the tourists. At first we will take you to wildlife trekking
inside the jungle. Namer has a number of wildlife species. After enjoying the trekking, you
will be taken to the river rafting spot on the Jia Bhoroli River. After completing all the
activities you will stay at Nameri for the night.
Day 02: Nameri to Dirang (160Km/6hrs)
We will set for Dirang in the morning. Dirang is a Himalayan foothill valley of Arunachal
Pradesh. It is famous for birding. The prime tourist attractions in the valley are the Tibetan
villages and the culture and architectures of the villages, Dirang - Dzong, an old electricity
generating mill etc. The stay for the night will be Dirang.
Day 03: Dirang to Tawang (145Km/7hrs)
Our next destination will be Tawang. We will set out early in the morning. There are many
stoppages on the way to Tawang. At first we will stop at a hot water spring just after
crossing Dirang. Then our next stoppage would be Vaisakhi, where there is an Army canteen
and a Dosa point. After that we will stop at Sela Pass, Paradise Lake (or Sela Lake),
Jaswantgarh war memorial, Nuranung waterfalls and finally reach Tawang. The stay will be
at Tawang.
Day 04: Tawang Sightseeing (70km/6hrs)
We will go out for the sightseeing places in the locality of Tawang. We will show you the
Tawang monastery (which is Asia's second largest monastery), the Sixth Dalai Lama
birthplace, Nun monastery (which is also accessible by a rope way), emporium, apple
orchards, craft centre etc. The stay will at the same place in Tawang.
Day 05: Around Tawang Sightseeing (150km/7hrs)
On this day we will take you out for the sightseeing of places around Tawang (which are not
within the locality). We take you the places like the India and China border at Bum La Pass,
the Heart Lake, the Sangester Lake, the Nagula Lake, PTSO Lake and the Y Junction. Please
note that if you are planning to visit the international border at Bum La Pass, then you must
choose one of our itineraries which have at least 3 days stay at Tawang. This is because we
have to get visiting pass for Bum La Pass border, which cannot be obtained within a day. You
will be staying at the same place in Tawang.
Day 06: Tawang to Bomdila (185Km/8hrs)
We will head back towards Bomdila from Tawang. Bomdila is a beautiful town also stituated
in the valley of Himalayan foothills and nearby the town there lies the famous Eaglenest
Wildlife Sanctuary, known for birding in the world. Bomdila's prime tourist attractions are
the Bomdila monastery, Bomdila market, Bomdila view point, and of course the Himalayan
birds for birders. Your stay for the night will be at Bomdila.
Day 07: Bomdila to Kaziranga, Tezpur Sightseeing (240Km/7hrs)
From Bomdila, our next destination would be Kaziranga - the world heritage site. We will
start our journey in the morning. We will stop by at Tezpur. Tezpur is a city in the north bank
of Brahmaputra, famous for ancient history and Lord Shiva temples. For its vivid cultures
and people, it is also known as the cultural city of Assam. After reaching there we will visit
the beautiful sightseeing places of this city. The notable places are the Agnigarh, the Lord
Shiva temples, the Ghats of Brahmaputra, and the city parks. We will then continue towards
Kaziranga. Your stay will be at Kaziranga.
Day 08: Kaziranga Sightseeing (80Km/8hrs)
In the early morning, we will take you to the elephant safari of the Kaziranga national park.
You will get to enjoy the views of Kaziranga from the back of an elephant. After that you will
take you out for the beautiful local sightseeing places of Kaziranga. Those are the ethnic
village models, the orchid garden, tea gardens, Assamese village. In the meantime, you will
also have a taste of Assamese cuisine including the delicious fish curries. After that, we will
take you to jeep safari of the park in the afternoon. We will complete all the sightseeing by
the evening. You will stay there for the night.
Day 09: Kaziranga to Shillong (280km/7hrs)
We will head out to Shillong on this day. Shillong is the capital of Meghalaya and a beautiful
hill station. It is famous for its weather with the sprinkling rains. The places to check out in
Shillong are the Umiam Lake, Wards Lake, Elephant falls, Bishop and Beadon falls, Shillog
Peak, Don Bosco museum and Lady Hydari Park. The stay for the night will be at Shillong.
Day 10: Shillong & Cherrapunji Sightseeinhg (170km/9hrs)
On this day we will start towards Cherrapunji. On the way to Cherrapunji, we will show you
the Shillong Peak and the Elephant falls. After reaching Cherrapunji - the wettest place on
Earth, will will show you the places like Mawsmai caves, the Seven Sisters falls, and
Nohkalikai falls. We will return to Shillong to stay there for the night.
Day 11: Shillong to Guwahati, Airport Drop (100km/4hrs)
We will take you to Guwahati. If there is plenty of time in our hand, we will show you some
notable local places in Guwahati like the Kamakhya temple or the Srimanta Sankardeva
Kalashetra or the Brahmaputra cruises and Umananda temple or Deepor Bil. Then, we will
drop you off at the airport at the required time. And thus your trip will end here.
