Kindly note: The renewal window period will be only for existing employees to add or remove your dependents to the insurance coverage. Beyond this, no
changes can be made to the coverage except in case of a newly married spouse and new-born baby (both within 30 days from the date of event.)
Step – 1: Add, Delete or Modify your dependent details in accordance with the policy terms and conditions. Please click check box of “Top Up” for Base members.
Step – 2: After completion of the above step, please click on the “I Agree…” check box and click “Submit” button.
Step – 3: A caution dialog box will pop up on the screen. If you click “Cancel”, you will be directed back to the enrolment page, and you still will be able to edit your
charges until the renewal window closes. If you click “OK”, the portal will get saved. You will get an auto generated email from Medi Assist team confirming that
you and your dependents are enrolled in the GMC policy of 24th Sept 2023 to 23rd Sept 2024 along with the premium details, based on your submission. No
further changes are allowed post enrolment period gets closed.
Pre-Existing Disease (PED) waiting Period: Waived for Employee, Spouse and Children
For Parents: if employee is less than 2 years with Virtusa, then for PED waiver, employee to pay INR 1000
