Amid these trying times caused by a global pandemic, we bring to you

Music Fest’21 scheduled to be held on the 19th of November, 2021. A
musical evening with strict SOPS followed by attendees and singers.
The event will be open to the public and will be covered by some famous
singers and YouTubers. This event will also provide an opportunity for our
local singers to come up front and showcase their talent. We recognize
how the current Covid-19 pandemic is disrupting everything, and we hope
that this event will encourage people to take their minds off problems &
join us for an amusing event. Therefore, we are writing to offer you the
opportunity to associate yourself with this event and to promote similar
types of musical events among Pakistan's youth on a large scale. Your
brand will be received by a large audience primarily the youth of Pakistan.
We will be able to provide you an opportunity to market and promote
your company while also strengthening your brand image and promoting
the talent of our youth thanks to your sponsorship of the event. The
following are some highlights from prior events.

Publicity:
Your sponsorship of the Music Fest’21 will help us to promote & publicize
your brand among the pioneers of the future of Pakistan. Your brand will
be exposed to a broader audience, resulting in a positive return on
investment. Your participation in this event will solidify your standing
as a thought leader in your field. Furthermore, it will assist your brand
company in becoming noticeable and, as a result, generally known.

Pakistan.

Music Fest'21 allows you to develop a socially and morally empowered

aim to provide people a time to relax and remember amid this Covid crisis
we all have been facing. As a result, your involvement in this event will
not only enhance your brand's image but will also benefit the community
as a whole.
What is Music Fest’21 about?
A musical evening with strict SOPS followed by attendees and singers.

The event will be covered by some very famous singers. This event will
also provide our local singers a chance to perform in front of the audience
and show off their skills. We'll have a lineup of local vocalists from various
schools of Lahore to help them gain confidence. 800+ people are expected
to attend this event. We aim to provide the people of Lahore with a time
to relax and remember. We know how the current Covid-19 pandemic is
hurting the flow of things, and we hope that this event will let people
forget about it and enjoy themselves.
Expenses And Tentative Budget
• We will have to rent out J5 Resort to accommodate 850+ people which

will cost us around 230,000
• Arrangements for the concert would cost us around 500,000.
• We will have to get 900 tickets printed which will cost around 7,000 &
also get posters and flexes printed to display at our venue which will cost
at least 800 each.
• We’ll have to arrange bouncers and guards for the event which will cost
us around 150,000.
• We will be Inviting Hassan Raheem which will cost us around 620,000,
Omer Mukhtar will charge at least 50,000 and Anna Salman from ‘The
All-Girl Band’ will charge 50,000.
• Miscellaneous expenses would be around 100,000. Tentative Budget:
150,0000.

Email Advertising
850+ individuals would be emailed who will be able to view the company's
logo.
Print Advertising
The company's logo will be displayed on all tickets and posters.
Online Advertising
All details will be uploaded on our social media. Along with this, everything
will be uploaded on our official handle as well, where every attendee will be
going for registration Ensured views 10000+
Post-Event Advertising
After the event has ended, all posts, of event day and flashback video will
be holding your advertisement.
Sponsorship Packages
Diamond / Title sponsorship
1) Exclusive recognition as Main Sponsor.

2) Logo on posters.
3) Logo (Header) on the banner (Large).
4) Brand’s name and logo on prominent positions in all print media
advertising (posters, invites, leaflets, banners/standees).
5) Distribution of company’s information/promotional materials (booklets,
leaflets, etc.) at the event (booklets/leaflets to be provided).
6) 15 banners/standees will be displayed at the venue (banners/standees to
be provided).
7) Option to put up two stalls/products at the venue.
8) Online promotion and publicity on a website and social networking
websites.
9) Fun activities for the promotion of the sponsoring brand.
10) Logos on Management Team shirts and Tags.
Sponsorship Cost for Diamond = PKR. 700,000/-

Platinum / Major Sponsor:
Our Platinum Sponsor will enjoy all the benefits of a major sponsor
including:
1) Mileage as Major Sponsor.
2) Logo on the banner (Medium).
3) Brand’s name and logo on prominent positions in all print advertising
(posters, invites, Leaflets, banners/standees)
4) Distribution of company’s information/promotional materials (booklets,
leaflets, etc.) at the event (Booklets/Leaflets to be provided).
5) Option to put up stalls/products at the venue.
6) 8 banners/standees will be displayed in the venue. (Banners/standees to
be provided).
7) Logo on Management Team shirts and Tags.
Sponsorship Cost for Platinum Sponsorship = PKR. 400,000/-
Gold/Co-Sponsor
Our Gold sponsors will get promotional benefits including:

1) Brand’s name and logo on prominent positions in all print advertising
(posters, invites, leaflets, banners/standees, streamers)
2) Logo on posters.
3) 4 banners/standees will be displayed in the venue (banners/standees
to be provided).
4) Option for stalls (not on the closing ceremony).
5) Logo (Small) on Management Team shirts and Tags.
Sponsorship Cost for Gold Sponsor = PKR. 250,000/-
Silver Sponsor
Our Silver Sponsor will get:
1) Logo at the footer of every print promotion (banners/standees, posters,

streamers, invitations)
2) Logo on the banners.
3) 2 banners/standees will be displayed in the venue (banners/standees to
be provided).
Sponsorship Cost for Silver Sponsor = PKR. 100,000/-
Bronze Sponsor
Our Bronze Sponsor will get:

1) Logo at the footer of every print promotion (banners/standees, posters,
streamers, invitations)
2) Logo on the banners.
Sponsorship Cost for Bronze Sponsor = PKR. 75,000/-

Food Sponsor:
1. Stalls available for food sponsors.

2. Standees placed inside the venue.
3. Rent is to be paid to the event organizers.
Apart from the sponsorship packages mentioned above, highlighting the

mentioned sponsorship significance, or any other considerable financial
and/or other contribution from your organization will be highly appreciated.
In that case, your requirements will be accommodated as proficiently as
possible.

We anticipate that Music Fest’21 will provide your brand name a good
targeted market presentation, alongside commercial success we aim our
collaboration sets an example for future events as well. Moreover we have
also collected the NOC from the government for the event which is attached
below.
