    I am Vedashree Patil, Cultural secretory of Pillai’s college of engineering, Rasayani. We will be


    hosting “Algeria”, our annual cultural festival from 10th December 2022 to 15th December 2022.
    The festival will be held at our permanent campus in Panvel. Our college is celebrating 25 years of
    Excellence this year, so the festival will be extravagant.

    Your brand's influence on youth has been prominent. The youth resonate with your shows in
    respective of fashion and lifestyle. The term “Netflix and chill” has gained popularity among the age
    group of 18-32 as a form of entertainment and relaxation.

    We are pleased to invite you to become our sponsor for our upcoming event.

    we will be hosting the following competitions throughout the festival.

    1) 1.Beat the street - hip hip group competition


    2) 2.Mumbai idol - singing competition
    3) 3. Aagaaz- street play competition
    4) 4. Chefs’s corner – cooking competition.
    5) 5. Rangeela- watercolor painting competition
    6) 6. Arz kiya hai – Hindi poetry competition
    7) 7. Director’s cut- short film making competition.
    The main of our festival will be a EDM night, performed by the renouned American artist, D.J
    Snake.2000-2500 students are expected to participate in this event. Celebrities will be called for
    promotion of their films.

    3) Catering- 5,00,000/-
    4) Celebrity remuneration- 15,00,000/-
    5) TOTAL 30,00,000

    Netflix India will get recognition as launch sponsor of the event. We would also like to provide you
    with the incentive of bearing your company’s name and logo across 500 prime locations in the city.
    An event based on the theme “STRANGER THINGS”- a show on Netflix, will be conducted, where
    participants will be dressed as the characters of the show.

    Algeria will be advertised extensively through radio, T.V, print media, and social media. We will
    promote your company as the event’s official sponsor. exposure through the website and social
    media will be provided for your company. Alternatively, sponsor prizes will be given to the winners
    of the various competitions.
