OATMEAL SMOOTHIE
A smoothie with oatmeal makes the stomach work and improves

metabolic processes. It also improves digestion, which contributes to

weight loss. Instead of annoying porridge, you can make smoothies

with oatmeal.

Ingredients

 green tea
 two tablespoons of oatmeal
 three kiwis

Preparation:

 Make green tea; leave it for a while to cool.

 Pour oatmeal with boiling water and wait for it to be steamed and

cooked.

 Peel and chop the kiwi into small pieces.

 Put oatmeal, kiwi and about 100 milliliters of tea in a blender.

 Start shaking until you get the right consistency. Usually, 60

seconds is enough.

2. Grapefruit Smoothie
This cocktail breaks down fats and saturates the body with fiber removing

excess fluid. A grapefruit smoothie can be both tasty and healthy.

Ingredients:
 a tablespoon of honey

 two stalks of celery

 two grapefruits

 2 slices of pineapple.

Preparation:

 Peel the grapefruit, divide into slices and put in a blender bowl.

 Add all other ingredients from the list and shake well by turning on

the blender at maximum power.

 As a result, you get a delicious thick mass.


3. Pumpkin Smoothie

Pumpkin Smoothie

Ingredients:
 0.3 kg of pumpkin

 two oranges

 dried apricots – 6 pieces

 two small spoons of honey

 1/2 tsp ginger

Preparation:

 Peel the orange and pumpkin, cut into small pieces, and wash the

dried apricots.

 Put all the ingredients in a blender bowl and shake for about one

minute until mashed.


3. Tomato and Carrot Smoothie

Tomato smoothie with carrots is a real detox drink.

Ingredients

 0.3 kg tomato

 two carrots

 a small apple

 two tablespoons of olive oil

Preparation:

 Peel the apple and carrot, grind it, then put the mass in a blender.

 Remove the peel from the tomato using boiling water, mash them

and add to the rest of the ingredients.

 Pour in the olive oil.

 Start shaking first at low speed. And then for about a minute at
maximum speed.

4. Vegetable smoothie with cucumber and Avocado


Ingredients:

 one cucumber

 some salt

 half an avocado

 0.1 liters of water

Preparation:

 Peel the avocado, cut into small squares.

 Cut the cucumber, but leave the peel.

 Send the prepared ingredients to a blender, add water and salt.

 Turn on the blender for about 90 seconds until the smoothie

becomes mashed.

5. Apple-Avocado Smoothie:
Ingredients:

1 piece of Avocado

2 pieces of Apples

2 fingers of fresh ginger

1 twig of spinach

Preparation:

Cut the apples

Peel the avocado

Cut the spinach into a rough dice.

Blend everything together till you get a smooth paste.

You can add little honey to taste.


* The spinach and ginger makes for easy digestion. Avocado gives the

smoothie a rich and creamy taste while the apples are good for

detoxification.

6. Cucumber-Watermelon Smoothie

Ingredients:

1/4 of a ball of watermelon

1 big cucumber

Low fat yoghurt

Preparation:

Deseed the watermelon and slice into bits.

Peel the cucumber and slice.

Add the yoghurt and blend together.

* Watermelon and cucumber contain soluble fiber, very low calories and help

to keep you hydrated, thus making them great for weight loss.
7. Orange Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 piece of orange

1 teaspoon of honey

Unsweetened yoghurt

Preparation:

Peel and deseed the orange.

Add other ingredients together and blend until smooth.

8. Strawberry Smoothie
Ingredients

• Chilled blueberries or strawberries – 100 g

• Low-fat yogurt – ¼ cup • 2-3 ice cubes

• Skimmed milk – about ½ cup

• Natural rustic honey – 2 tablespoons.

Preparation

First whisk berries with yogurt, then gradually add milk, in the end, add

honey and ice.

9. Slimming Smoothie

Ingredients:

• Grapefruit - 2 pieces

• Ice cubes

• Ripe banana pulp - 1 piece


• 1 cup of low-fat strawberry yogurt

Honey - 1 tablespoon

Preparation

Mix your ingredients in a blender, and then add ice cubes.

10. Healthy Banana Smoothie for weight loss

Ingredients

• Fresh orange juice - ½ cup

• Ice cubes

• Ripe banana - 1 piece

• Apple - 1 piece

• Yogurt 1% - 200g.

Preparation :

Whisk everything in a blender and after that add ice cubes .

11. Strawberry Smoothie


Ingredients

• Chilled blueberries or strawberries - 100 g

• Low-fat yogurt - ¼ cup

• 2-3 ice cubes

• Skimmed milk - about ½ cup

12. Pineapple Coconut Banana Smoothie


This is an all time tropical mix – creamy and delicious! Highly nutritious

coconuts and pineapple are rich in fibre, folate, vitamins C, E, and B.

Minerals including iron, selenium, sodium, calcium, magnesium and

phosphorous are also nutrients to be enjoyed in this smoothie mix. Bananas

have a good amount of healthy antioxidants; all three fruits are healthy and

yummy!

Ingredients:

 1 cup of shredded coconut (for easy blending)

 1 medium sized banana (peeled and cut into chunks)

 1 cup of diced pineapple

 1 cup of Coconut milk/Almond milk/Greek yoghurt

Preparation:

 Shred your coconut for easy blending


 Peel and cut your banana into chunks
 Dice your pineapple
 Add all ingredients and blend
13. Strawberry beet detox Smoothie

Ingridients:

 Beetrot
 Strawberry
 Chia Seeds
 Water

Steps:

 Wash the Beetrot and cook for 30-40 minutes

 In a blender, put in all your ingredients (strawberry, chia seeds, beetroot)


and a little amount of water

 Blend till smooth then serve.

14. Banana Smoothie with Chia Seeds


Ingridients:

 6 Frozen Chopped bananas


 1 Cup of Hollandia Evaporated Milk
 I table spoon of Lime
 I dash of Chia Seeds
 Half cup of water

Preparation:

 Cut and dice your banana, put it in your blender.

 Add the water and milk and lime and blend till it is mixed.

 Serve cold and add the Chia seeds on top.

15. Cucumber Smoothie


 2 cucumber

 1 1/2 cup yoghurt (curd)

 1/2 cup ice cubes

 2 tablespoon honey

 1 teaspoon lemon juice

 1 handful mint leaves

Preparation:

Step 1: Peel & chop the cucumbers

To prepare this delicious smoothie recipe start by peeling the cucumbers and

then chop them roughly using a knife.

 Step 2: Prepare the smoothie

Transfer the chopped cucumbers to the blender, add ice cubes, yoghurt,

honey, mint leaves and lemon juice. Blend them until they become smooth.

 Step 3: Pour into chilled glasses


Then, pour the smoothie in chilled glasses and garnish with mint

leaves. Serve at once.

16. Carrot Ginger Smoothie

Ingridients

Carrot, grated

1 Ginger, peeled

/4 Greek plain yogurt

1 cup Milk

1 tablespoon Honey

1 handful Ice

Preparation:

 Place all Ingridients into a blender and blend


 Blend on high until smooth

17. Mango Cucumber Green Smoothies


INGREDIENTS:

 ¼ cup mango

 1 orange peeled

 1 cup chopped cucumber

 1 tablespoon flax seeds

 1 cup spinach

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add all the green smoothie recipes ingredients to blender.

2. Blend green smoothie until smooth, adding more water as needed to

reach desired thickness.

3. Serve, and wash out your blender right away to avoid sticking.

18. Pumpkin Leaf green smoothie (Ugu smoothie)


Ingridients:

Ugu vegetable

1 small Pineapple

2 Limes

1/2 cup Water

Preparation:

1. Wash Ugu leaves to get rid of dirt and sand.

2. Cut pineapple into chunks

3. Squeeze the juice of the limes and set aside

4. In a blender add Ugu, pineapple and the lime juice. Also add water.

Blend it until is smooth.

Place in the fridge and serve chilled.


19. Detox green smoothie

Ingridients:

 1/2 cup water (or orange juice)

 1 green apple

 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks

 1/2 frozen banana

 1/2 inch fresh ginger , peeled and minced

 1 cup fresh spinach

 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Preparation:

1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.

Pour into a glass and serve right away.


2. If you don't have a high-speed blender, I recommend blending the

spinach, and ginger with the water first, to help break them down

completely. Then add in the fruit and lime juice, and blend again.

20. Classic Apple Smoothie

 2 cups baby spinach

 1 apple

 ½ cup of celery

 I mini Cucumber

 Lemon Juice

 I tablespoon of ginger

 I cup of water.

Preparation:

Combine all the ingredients together until smooth.
