1. Talk about a device that you like

I’d like to tell you about my mobile phone which is my favourite item. That phone was a gift I
received from my parents on my 16th birthday , so I treasure it very much. I use it every day for
studying and updating news about life around me. Besides basic functions such as making phone
calls and texting, I can check emails, send files without opening my laptop.

2. Describe a person who you really like

I will talk about Khanh Vy. She is a Vietnamese vlogger, youtuber, host and content creator. I
learned about Khanh Vy through videos speaking seven different languages including Thai, Chinese,
Korean, Italian, English, Japanese language and Saigon accent. She is a beautiful, talented, humble
and ingratiating. Khanh Vy is a shining example that I am trying to cultivate and study.

3. Describe a place where you had a holiday that you enjoye

Last summer, I had a trip to Nha Trang with my family. It is one of my most precious
memories. The time we spent in Nha Trang was a blast. We got to try out so many new
things such as skydiving, surfing, and diving to see the coral reef. This place has one of the
most beautiful beaches in Vietnam with deep blue water and pearly-white sand. Also, the
food there was so unique and delicious. The trip to Nha Trang really was the holiday of a
lifetime. We had a lot of fun and got to see a lot of spectacular scenery. We definitely
enjoyed it and we will definitely go there again if we have a
chance.
4. Talk about your hometown

My hometown is Dong Nai province, one of the three sharp corners of the development triangle
of Ho Chi Minh City - Binh Duong - Dong Nai. In my opinion, it is a city worth living in thanks to its
unique culinary culture and beautiful tourist destinations such as Cat Tien National Forest, Tri An
Lake picnic, The Amazing Bay - new modern waterpark,... Dong Nai cuisine is extremely diverse,
famous for its Tan Trieu grapefruit village, Bien Hoa raw fish salad, …

5. The importance of English

Nowadays, people are dedicating time to studying English as a second language. English can
bring you better career opportunities and more relationships with people because it is the most
spoken language in the world. Moreover, good knowledge of English will allow you to connect
with the outside world by accessing films, music and literature from hundreds of countries
around the globe.

6. Your plans for learning another language in the future

The language I plan to learn in the future is Chinese. It is the 2nd most widely spoken language in
the world. I intend to study it by myself in 2 years. I think my most difficulty in learning this new
language is pronunciation and grammar. I will try to learn and improve that part to complete my
studies. I hope it can help me to find good career opportunities in the future.

7. The Internet and its advantages


The Internet is a worldwide system in which people connect to each other despite time and
distance. Thanks to this modern system, we are allowed to access a huge amount of information
that will help us to do our tasks in a more flexible and creative way. The internet is also a source
of entertainment on which we can listen to music, read books, watch videos, and play games on
it.
