If an entered consignor needs to make a substitute an additional fee of $150.00 will be charged. Any animal entered and advertised for sale that are bought back or a no show for whatever reason, will be charged an additional $250.00. All horses must go through the sale ring. ADSOLUTELY NO PRIVATE SALES! Horse specifications Horses must be entered in the show and must be shown in their respective classes even after the animal is sold. Consignors must care for their sale horses throughout the show, but it is suggested that the new buyers immediately insures their animals and an insurance agent will be on site to take care of your needs. Each animal must have an individual coggins paper and interstate paper which will also be required for the show. The registration paper, signed transfer and if applicable breeding information must be supplied on sale date. It is the sole responsibility of the consignor to furnish these papers. Payment will not be issued until such papers are turned over to Carsons office staff. Bred mares must have a preg. check letter from their vet within 30 days of sale date. Each horse selling must be left with a halter & lead rope for the new owner. It is the consignors responsibility to have the horse up to the ring in catalogue sale order. Sale payouts will be made within 10 working days of the sale, and will be made in US Funds. Terms of the sale are cash or cheque in either USA or Canadian Funds at this time, but a rate may be established depending on the USA & Canadian dollar closer to sale date, and payment in full must be made immediately after the sale. A cheque is acceptable from properly identified individuals. We accept Visa, MasterCard or debit. However, a 4% charge will be added to all credit card purchases. Pay the sales staff in all cases. On final payment for a horse the cashier will issue a release form of which must be presented to the barn manager for release of the horse from barn. Buyers dont lose these release forms! The registration papers for all horses selling as registered will be transferred to the Buyer at the Sellers expense. The Buyer will receive the paper furnished by the Seller whether it is Canadian or American. All horses will be sold on the information in the footnotes, of which, were furnished by the consignor. The Sale Staff, World Clydesdale Show Committee & Auctioneer is neither responsible for any foot notes or for any warranties concerning the horse catalogue. The highest bidder will be the buyer. If a dispute arises between 2 or more bidders, the horse shall immediately be put up again for advance bids. If there is no advance, then the horse shall go to the person from whom the auctioneer recognized the last bid. Unless otherwise announced at the time of sale by the owner there is no guarantee or warranty of any kind as to the soundness or condition of any animal. THE BUYER has a responsibility to examine a horse carefully before they bid on it. If you buy a horse on impulse without inspecting it before you bid, you may expect to find some surprises. Cedarlane Raine sired by the World renowned SBH Phoenix who needs no introduction. Her dam is Cedarlane Bess who was at the top of both All American and All Canadian competitions in her time and a winner in the driving arena also. Raine is an extremely well mannered mare that is a very easy keeper. Our 9 and 11 year old grandsons work with her all the time and can easily handle her. You can clip her completely without any trouble what so ever. She has not been shown in halter much as we had other mares that we were using but one of her limited times in the halter class she won the 4 Year Old mare class at the 2010 USA National Show. Raine also is in the left lead of our mare hitch which has placed 2nd in both 2010 and 2011 at the USA Nationals. Raine is a very traditional style mare with great depth of rib and plenty of silky feather and an abundance of foot. She will have her second foal by Langbank Winsome Lad in early 2012.
