CATTLE: Herd consists of (80) Large type Holstein
registered & grade milk cows of which (1) is a 1

Holstein/Jersey cross, 50% of the milking herd and 50% of
the young stock is registered, with the balance of the herd
being grades. (30) cows just recently fresh or within the
last 30-60 days, (8) cows bumping heavy calf, springing or
due within the next 30-60 days, balance of the herd is bred
back and due for year around freshening. (29) large type
Holstein bred heifers 17 mo. 2 yrs. old, (6) Holstein short
bred heifer 14-16 mo. old, (17) Holstein open heifers 5-14
mo. old, (8) Holstein heifers calves newborn 5 mo. old.

HERD FACTS; This herd is all home raised & registered
for the past 60 plus yrs. This herd has good foundation
breeding of which this herd has been bred artificial
exclusively for the past 60 plus yrs. presently with Select
Sires.

Design, Preston, Storm, Integrity, Oman, Spartcus,
Granger, Mars, Carson, forge, Farley, Jackson, Byrle, etc

a 305 day ME: 24,838m, 864f, 711 pro. Cows presently
are averaging 78 lbs per cow, last test day there were (11)
cows over 100 lbs. several cows milking 80-100 lbs. daily
with a SCC average year around of 200,000 -250,000, with
no BGH used. Cows are raised in freestalls as heifers,
milked in a tie stall barn. TMR ration is fed daily with good
home balanced forages used.
