JUNIOR BUSINESS HIGH SCHOOL DEPARTMENT

No. 2
Letter to Parents
September 15, 2022

Dear Parents and Guardians of Junior High School Students;

Warm Perpetualite greetings!

We thank you for entrusting your child to our care and allowing him/her to experience and enjoy
the Perpetualite education.

The students’ impressive attendance and enthusiasm in class discussions during the first week of
face-to-face classes showed how much your children enjoyed being in school and with their classmates.
To ensure a smoother flow in the conduct of lessons and activities in the coming weeks, may we
encourage you to help us in the following concerns:
 Remind your children to always wear their face mask.
 Advise them to stay at home and not report to school when they have colds, cough, headache,
fever, or body malaise.
 For students who are sent home by the clinic due to an illness, they are required to seek
clearance from the University Clinic before they report to school for face-to-face classes.
 For students who commute to and from school, please fill out the Consent Form that will be
sent to you to indicate that you are allowing your child to come to school and go home on his
own. On the other hand, for students who are being fetched, please let us know whom you
authorize to fetch your child.
 For parents of student-commuters, please remind your children to cross the street through the
pedestrian lane or through the overpass in front of the University hospital.
May we also take this opportunity, our dear parents, to request you and your child to read
thoroughly the contents of the Student Handbook, which is accessible through the link given below.

Please fill out the Undertaking that was sent through your child and affix your signature. Submit
the Undertaking to your child’s Class Adviser on or before Wednesday, September 21, 2022.

Thank you very much for your usual support.

Very truly yours,
