Reserve Credit card on purchase of tickets for Ed Sheeran Mathematics Tour event in
Members Enclosure, Mahalaxmi Race Course, Mumbai on 16th March 2024 on
BookMyShow, for Kotak White Credit Card Holders and Kotak White Reserve Credit Card
Holders (“Customers”), during the offer period.
The offer will be valid from October 25th, 2023 at 11A.M, on a limited number of tickets only.
Terms and Conditions of the offer:

 Offer is valid from October 25th, 2023 on a limited number of tickets only.(“Offer
Period”)
 Offer valid only on tickets and a maximum 6 tickets can be booked by one person
through BookMyShow.
 Max discount per transaction is INR 4,500. Discount will be applicable only on the
ticket cost.
 This Offer is made solely and entirely by Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited (“Kotak/Bank”)
to the customers of Kotak holding White Credit Card and White Reserve Credit Card
issued by the Bank
 The Bank may at its own discretion stop the discount offer.
 The Offer is non-transferable, non-encashable and non-negotiable.
 The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offer or voucher code or with any
other promotion in a single order / transaction
 The Bank holds out no warranty and makes no representation about the quality,
delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by BookMyShow Live Private
Limited (“BookMyShow”) as stated in the Offer. Further, the bank does not hold any
responsibility or authority in ensuring that the event mentioned in the Offer occurs on
time on the stated date and Venue in Members Enclosure, Mahalaxmi Racecourse.
The Customer hereby understands, acknowledges and agrees not to hold the Bank
responsible or liable for, any losses, damages, costs, charges, expenses, claims
(whether direct or indirect), actions or demands suffered by the Customer in relation
to availing the benefits under the Offer.
 The event tickets will be given only as per availability, on first come first serve basis
booked through our official partner BookMyShow. The discount will be applicable only
for the purchase of tickets for the Ed Sheeran +-=÷x 2024 India Tour on 16th March
2024 in Mumbai.
 Maximum 6 tickets can be booked by one person through BookMyShow
 Discount is allowed on only one transaction per card. Any discounts received on other
transactions will be charged back to the Customer.
 The Bank shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any
deficiency or inadequacy in the services rendered by the BookMyShow , its agents or
representatives and the Customer hereby understands, acknowledges and agrees not
to hold the Bank responsible or liable for, any losses, damages, costs, charges,
expenses, claims (whether direct or indirect), actions or demands suffered by the
Customer in relation to availing the benefits under the Offer.
 Any person availing the offer shall be deemed to have read, understood & accepted
the terms and conditions set by Bank in connection with the Offer and the general
terms and conditions of the Bank. Bank merely facilitates its Customers to avail the
Offer and it is in no way concerned or connected in respect of the terms and conditions
of BookMyShow
 Participation in this Offer is voluntary.
 The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of the Offer
if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing
the benefits under the Offer. The Bank reserves the right to select the Customers
deemed as qualifying customers in order to be eligible for availing the benefits of the
Offer Stated
 Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any
reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all or any of these terms and
conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this Offer by another offer whether similar
to this Offer or not or to extend or withdraw this Offer altogether.
 The decision of the Bank in all matters in connection with and incidental to this Offer
is final and shall be binding on all persons.
 Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above Offer or
otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
competent courts / tribunals in New Delhi.

Issuance of credit cards is at the sole discretion of Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited. All features

Terms and Conditions of Book My Show:
 By accepting, holding or using a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, accepted and agreed to the full terms and conditions.
 Admits one (1) person of age 5 years and above only.
 Ticket sales are limited to a maximum of 6 per transaction.
 Rights of admission reserved with the organizer.
 When arriving in groups, the lead booker needs to be present in order for the whole
party to enter the venue. All members of the party should enter the venue at the same
time.
 In order for tickets to be valid, on arrival at the show the lead booker may be asked to
provide all of the following items alongside their ticket(s):
i) Photo ID (Driving licence, Aadhar card)

ii) Booking confirmation email
iii) Lead purchaser’s mobile number
 Entry will be permitted after thorough security check and through specified entrances
only.
 Re-entry is not permitted.
 The organiser reserves the right to alter the schedule of the event without prior
intimation.
 Your ticket purchase constitutes a personal, revocable license and, at all times, remains
the property of the promoters.
 Your ticket/s are sold by the promoters directly to you the consumer. Any tickets
purchased by businesses or traders in breach of the terms and conditions of ticket sale
will be cancelled. By accepting these terms and conditions you confirm that you are a
consumer.
 Your ticket/s will IMMEDIATELY BECOME INVALID if resold OR OFFERED FOR SALE
unless the sale is through the official ticket agent fan to fan exchange. Tickets sold via
third parties and other unauthorized outlets, including online auction sites, are not
valid for admission. The resale of a ticket renders it invalid and may lead to refusal of
entry.
 No eatables, drinks, liquids, bottles, cans, tins, bags, lighters, matches and flammable
items, illegal or hazardous substances are allowed inside the venue and the seating
area.
 Consumption of banned items/substances are strictly prohibited at the venue.
 The use of audio and/or video equipment including still cameras and any recording
equipment is strictly prohibited.
 This ticket is issued according to the rules and regulations of the event organiser and
the management of the venue and the ticketing company.
 Only tickets purchased through approved ticket agents are valid for admission. The
venue reserves the right to refuse admission.
 The organiser shall not be responsible for any claims, demands, causes of action, injury,
losses, liabilities and expenses resulting or arising as a result of the event or any part of
it.
 In accordance with the law, visitors aged under the legal permissible age limit are not
permitted to purchase/sample alcoholic drinks.
 The organiser, the venue and the ticketing company shall not be liable for any
difficulties caused by an unauthorised copy or reproduction of this ticket. Except as set
out herein the ticket is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, cancelled or returned
once bought.
 The ticket fee is refundable in the event the performance is cancelled by the organiser.
Any other fees in connection with the performance including parking fees, per ticket
internet handling fee and per order processing fee shall be non-refundable.
 The ticket is not valid for entry if the security features affixed on the ticket are
tampered with.
 The Event is open and accessible only for persons that have been double vaccinated
against COVID-19. You may be asked to show the documentary proof/certificate of your
COVID-19 double vaccination at the venue. You agree to assume all risks, hazards, and
dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting COVID-19 or any
other communicable disease or illness, or a bacteria, virus or other pathogen capable of
causing a communicable disease or illness, whether occurring before, during, or after
the event, however caused or contracted, and voluntarily waive all claims and potential
claims against BookMyShow.
 The event is subject to force majeure conditions.
 Your co-operation is solicited.
 Any dispute or claim to be settled shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New
Delhi.
 These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of
the organiser.
 All secondary performances (if any) and line-up are subject to Artist's discretion.
 In order to maintain high quality of user experience, Bigtree may collect certain
information (including but not limited to personally identifiable information) from you
such as name, e-mail address or telephone number at the time of
booking/registration/payment. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you hereby
give your consent to Bigtree to collect, receive, possess, store, deal and handle all
information as provided herein for its own purposes.
