Learning Gap/Situation/s:
I. Data:
There are 101 enrollees in the Grade 8 class. Out of this number, 4 were found to have difficulties in accomplishing
performance Task. The subject teacher and adviser collaborate to addressed the current situation of the learners through an
intervention entitled, “Project KKK (Kapamilya, Kaibigan at Kaguruan)” was developed and implemented in order to strengthen
values formation as well with the comprehension in new normal setting.
II. Legal Basis:
1. DepEd Memorandum on Policy Guidelines on the Implementation of Homeroom Guidance During Crisis Situation.
III. Factors Affecting the Problem:
There are various factors that need to consider that affects the learning process:
1. Time management
2. Lack of parental guidance
3. Insufficient knowledge of the facilitator at home
Reflection/s:
It was found out that the intervention “Project KKK- Kapamilya, Kaibigan at Kaguruan” very effective.

have difficulties in accomplishing performance Task. The subject teacher and adviser collaborate to addressed the current
situation of the learners through an intervention entitled, “Project KKK (Kapamilya, Kaibigan at Kaguruan)” was developed and
implemented in order to strengthen values formation as well with the comprehension in new normal setting.
