    k) coating application method Following surface preparation detailed in section C:


    1. Using rubber gloves, cut open the hermetically
    sealed foil pouch and add fresh or salt water to
    the roll of Glass Outerwrap. Winter Grade
    Windshield Washer Fluid may be used when
    temperature is near or below 0° Celsius.
    2. Soak the material in the solution for
    approximately 20-30 seconds.
    3. After 20-30 seconds, remove the roll of Glass
    Outerwrap and begin tightly wrapping over the
    substrate, overlapping 50%.

    l) coating curing or cooling schedule and At temperate temperatures, curing will take place in
    condition approximately 30 minutes.

    m) recoat and repair method 1. Remove all damaged tape and Glass
    Outerwrap or non-adhering coating.
    2. Remove all corrosion products using a wire
    brush.
    3. Apply thin coat of Denso Paste and re-apply
    tape.
    4. Denso Glass Outerwrap is re-applied in
    accordance with the application methods
    outlined in section k above.
    n) time to backfill May be back filled immediately after curing.
