EQUIPMENT: General Note:
 Asphalt Paver machine.  This JSA must be discussed with all involved personnel prior to job execution. Pre-job

JSA STOP WORK TRIGGERS

9 Stop work if the vehicle / truck engine shut down by itself. Do not re-start the engine without operations permission.
