• Responsible for Managing Clients, Assisting the Team, Market Research, Generating Leads.
• Engaged in field work for generating leads for loan products like- Business Loan, Home Loan, Personal
Loan etc.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Controlling back office, preparing daily reports, Updating Back Office manager all day to day activities,
controlling/tracking all documents and keeping logs of all data.
• Coordinate with Customer, Vendor if required to resolve issue of refund or replacement of product.
• Coordinate with Vendor regarding payment (penalty) related issues between them. Prepare on daily basis.
• Handling inbound customer query regarding products.
• Collect daily report & sent to respective department or BackOffice.
• To ask customer they will deliver product or not.
• Handling office like Admin work.
