the Application Implementation Consultant role
(ORA_ASM_APPLICATION_IMPLEMENTATION_CONSULTANT_JOB)

Performance Profile Option Values Describes how to configure the profile options for

Performance Process Flows Create process flows for performance evaluations
to determine which tasks to include, and the order
to perform them.
Talent Performance Notifications Enable or disable Performance Management
notifications.
