    NOTIFICATION FOR ENGAGEMENT OF VISITING CONSULTANTS (LAPAROSCOPIC


    GENERAL SURGEON ) ON VISITING BASIS

    Industrial Health Center, HAL, Nasik requires Visiting Consultant Doctors (Laparoscopic
    General Surgeon) at the Industrial Health Center, HAL, Ojhar Township, Nasik. The details of
    engagement are given hereunder:

    Note: * The experience would be relaxed on need basis in deserving candidates.

    Qualification should be recognized by Medical Council of India. He/she should have valid
    MCI Registration under the Medical Council of India Act.

    AGE LIMIT:

    Upper age limit is 65 Years as on the date of Advertisement. No further relaxation is


    admissible.

    PERIOD OF ENGAGEMENT:
    The Specialist will be engaged initially for a period of two years, which may be extended
    further for two years based on the requirement of the Hospital and performance of the
    Specialist. Performance of the Specialist will be assessed by the Head of the Hospital during the
    said period. They will be reporting to the Head of the Hospital.

    PROCESS OF ENGAGEMENT:
    Interested and eligible candidates may download the application form from HAL W ebsite
    and send/submit the duly filled-in application in the prescribed format as at Annexure-I and
    enclosing self-attested photocopies of Certificates/documents in Proof of age, qualification,
    experience, training etc. by post/Courier/By hand, so as to reach on or before 08/01/2024 to
    Chief Manager-I (Human Resources), Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Aircraft Division, Ojhar
    Township Post Office, Tal Niphad, Nashik-422207.

    Suitable candidates from amongst the applicants will be shortlisted for Interview. Personal
    interview will be conducted at Industrial Health Center, HAL, Ojhar Township. Final selection will
    be made based on the performance in the Interview.

    Candidates are required to possess a valid E-mail ID, so that intimation regarding interview
    can be sent. HAL will not be responsible for bouncing of any E-mail sent to the candidates by E-
    mail. The exact timing of the Interview will be intimated to the candidates through e-mail.

    REMUNERATION:

    Applicants are required to clearly indicate the expected remuneration per visit (considering
    minimum 2 hours visit) in the application form. In addition to the aforesaid remuneration per visit
    the selected candidate will be eligible for Conveyance reimbursement of Rs. 18/- per km.
    However, minimum conveyance amount will be Rs. 250/- per visit.

    GENERAL CONDITIONS :

    x Only Indian National need apply.


    x The engagement of Visiting Consultants will be purely on temporary basis and will not
    confer any right to the consultant to claim the status of a regular employee of the Company.
    x The Visiting Consultants will not be eligible for any other Allowance or benefits other than
    those indicated above.
    x Age and experience are to be calculated as on the date of advertisement.
    x Candidate possessing regular/full time qualifications prescribed above is only eligible to
    apply. In other words, the qualifications acquired through part
    time/correspondence/distance education/E-learning course are not eligible to apply.
    x Mere submission of application will not entail right for claiming employment.
    x Before applying, the candidates should satisfy themselves regarding eligibility criteria
    desired for the post. The candidates should also ensure that the particulars furnished by
    him/her in the application are correct in all respects. The details entered in the specific
    column will be taken as final. In case it is detected at any stage of selection process that
    the candidate does not fulfill the eligibility criteria or he/she has furnished any
    incorrect/false information or has suppressed any material facts, his/her candidature will
    stand cancelled. If any of these shortcomings are detected even after engagement, his/her
    services are liable to be terminated.
    x The company does not take any responsibility for any delay in receiving the application
    forms or loss in postal transit.
    x Application not in accordance with the prescribed format or incomplete/unsigned form or
    without attested copies of certificate mentioned above shall not be considered. No
    application/resume will be accepted by E-mail. Applications received after due date will not
    be entertained.
