Employee who will be responsible to his work during his leave:- ATMS - 2473
Note: Leave period must conform to the department-staffing schedule.
1. No vacation will be approved if occurring before 6 months service, within 1 month of termination, or during the period
required for renewal of work permit, which is established by the Saudi Arabian Government.
2. No Exit/Re-entry will be granted to employee with unpaid traffic violation.
3. Tickets are to be purchased with confirmed bookings in conformance with approved vacation dates.
4. Unauthorized extension of vacation will be penalized by loss of 2 earned vacation days for each unauthorized day.
5. Vacation extensions will be authorized only if the employee notifies his supervisor in advance and provides acceptable
verification for reason, upon his return.
6. The employee is totally responsible to plan his vacation, handle his home country exit/entry visa, and arrive at his job
during the approved period.
7. It is the employee’s responsibility to submit a complete filled form.
