Yes, the message is attractive to the target audience


and there are several reasons why this content can be
very appealing to the intended audience. For many
learners, the use of visual and audio components
engages more senses and increases engagement and
effectiveness. Additionally, the video provides a chance
for interaction through asking questions and
demonstrations, which improves understanding of the
story.
Is the content suitable for the targeted audience?

Yes, it is suitable to the target audience because in the program


they have a story telling before they start the program, which can
give entertainment to the target audience, and also the animation
of the program can also be more attractive to the target audience,
which is the colorful background, and lastly, the choice of word,
because in the first place they are not using English words in the
way they discuss the lessons but they use Tagalog so that the
target audience can understand easily since they are
kindergarten, and that's the thing that made the program suitable
to the target audiences.
Are the learning materials used by the host/s suited to
the intended learnings that the program aims to
deliver?

Yes, because since the target audience is kindergarten, it is possible that the
learning materials are delivered to the target audience because most of the
learning materials these days are using gadgets. With that, the learners will be able
to learn various information or knowledge even without collaborative learning
because, in this generation, we have a lot of gadgets that we are able to use or
apply for faster communication. And aside from that, by swiping your gadgets, you
can visit various learning materials to learn knowledge, especially from the
students, even without collaborative learning.
Discuss the strengths and weaknesses of its messaging.
A child's attention can be successfully held by making use of vibrant and
visually appealing images, which can also make learning enjoyable and
memorable. These pictures aid in explaining difficult ideas in a
straightforward and understandable way. Furthermore, the songs and
rhymes in the video help to improve recall and comprehension because they
provide the information in a rhythmical and melodic framework that is simpler
for kids to remember and comprehend. This multimodal method, which
combines sound and sight, helps foster a child's cognitive growth and foster
an encouraging atmosphere for learning.
Is the Lighting suited to the targeted audiences?

Effective lighting can play a subtle yet important part in storytelling. With directed lighting,
you can affect how your audience perceives the story by highlighting key people or items that
help create plot points. Poor lighting can just as easily distract your audience, causing them
to miss critical moments or focus on the wrong things. As shown in the video, the lighting
itself is suitable for the target audience. The lighting isn't overly bright or overexposed, which
will irritate the audience; it's exactly right for the audience to enjoy the entire segment. The
intended audience, which is kindergarten pupils, may not appreciate it, but they will certainly
stay to watch it
Is the Sound used by the program suited to the taste of the
targeted audience?

On their segment, they used playful music as background music and


added jolly sound effects that will catch the attention of the target audience
and make them more invested in what they are watching. Sound effects
are a type of sound editing tool that may be inserted and altered as every
sequence of moving images is handled. They use a lot of sound effects
that offer dimensions to the audio side of the video material and aid in
smoothing out every clip. It blends in with the overall strategy and it
adheres to the mood.
Is the Production Set attractive to the targeted audience?

Their art department lays the groundwork for many other visual aspects. They used
a green screen in their production and put a lot of eye-catching things, such as
animated, colorful animals, in the background for the children to watch. They
consider how the fine details will wordlessly inform and enhance the story being
told. Actress in the video used the surroundings to enhance the authenticity of their
character interpretations. The more attractive the set, the more options children
must interact with their character's surroundings. These subtle details can slip
unnoticed by the viewer, yet they are unconsciously adopted as part of the
narrative.
Specify the strengths and weakness of the entire production

DepEd Tv is effective as educational visual material yet it's not Ideal learning
material. Videos can be an excellent addition to your teaching toolkit. Effective
learning visual is one of the essentials to a student’s accomplishment success and
of course Huston said that “Viewing of educational programming was associated
with better school readiness and better academic skills,". Even though the
production is not ideal it’s still creating video learning material that is entertaining
and adaptable to children.
Budget

DepEd TV needs to produce a total of 6,720 video lectures to cover all the
Grade Level competencies for all subject areas in the Most Essential Learning
Competencies (MELCs). episodes and 320 second quarter episodes all of
which were funded under the DepEd TV Phase 1 project which had a budget
of only P45,500,000.00
Additional Research
Since the program airs in the morning, it is possible that the target audience, which is
kindergarten, can watch the program in the morning because I believe that students,
especially in kindergarten, will wake up early in the morning to prepare their things.
Aside from that, while preparing, they can usually watch the program to gain knowledge
and various information about what lesson they need to achieve or learn since they are
in kindergarten. It is possible that the learning materials are delivered to the target
audience because most of the learning materials these days are using gadgets. With
that, the learners will be able to learn various information or knowledge even without
collaborative learning because, in this generation, we have a lot of gadgets that we are
able to use or apply for faster communication.
